I ordered the Christmas jingle bell ornaments that are personalized. See pics. Gossby sent proofs of the ornaments in my confirmation. All seven of them have the name and year in alignment. When I receive my order, four of them were not aligned at all. They told me they could not be fixed and that it was normal for the print to not align. I paid $100 for seven ornaments. They refunded me $41. I'm stuck with a set of family ornaments that are not usable. And there's no way to directly review their products on their site. Very disappointed.

I've bought a few ornaments

I've bought a few ornaments from Gossby now, and each one has been special. The first two were for myself and my best friend, who's battling cancer. We've always called ourselves Lucy and Ethel, just like the friends from that old TV show. I got us matching ornaments that say "Besties Forever," with one woman looking like me and the other like her. Underneath, I had "Ethel" and "Lucy" printed. One's for her, and the other goes on my tree. The third ornament is a gift for my daughter-in-law. It shows her with her beloved dog, Loki, a 15-year-old Italian Greyhound. The ornament says "Forever in my heart." Can’t wait to give it to her this December. Thanks, Gossby!
