The rep was friendly and helpful.

A couple times I had to ask her to say things again since the speaker phone made it hard to hear. A headset mic would help a lot. BTW, on my Android Samsung phone, I tried Doxy but she could not see me. I’ve used Doxy before on my MacBook without issues. I prefer getting the Doxy link by email instead of texted.

I didn’t notice any side effects during the first week. Now I’m beginning my second week. My appetite feels well managed. I don’t get hungry much. No big weight change yet. Hoping for some soon.

I was nervous starting. The clinician explained options without pressure and set small goals. Billing and cancel info were shared up front. Not magic, but structured and human.

I switched because the price was lower than what I had been paying and during the intake process I showed them what I was taking and they said no problem. They would just take over the prescription. When I got my medication, it was two tiers lower than what I had been taking. I was very upset and called and after going through all of the rigmarole to talk to a live person, I was told that they could only ship that amount to California, which is total bull. I checked with the pharmacy and they said they shipped to California every day so I was given inaccurate information. Meanwhile, the dose they sent me was not effective so I called and called and called again and ultimately after about nine hours and 15 phone calls I was told that they only prescribe up to 11 MG. Have they told me that in the first place, we never would’ve gotten started so if you were on a higher dose and want to switch for the lower price be advised

During my first week, I wasn’t very hungry but made myself eat normal food in much smaller amounts. I had one meal a day around 4:30. I didn’t notice a big weight change, it went up and down by 2 pounds. I stopped eating bread but kept eating pasta in regular portions.

Didn't work for me. Can't make changes on website, must call. They call/email you constantly. Was difficult to cancel

On "HOLD" for more than 1 hour!

I ordered weight loss medication from this company 1 week ago. I was previously receiving medication from another company and my current dosage is @ 50 injectable units. I made it clear on many occasions that I wanted a slightly higher dose due to only losing 3 pounds in 3 months with the medication from the other company. Upon checking my patient portal I noticed that this company actually lowered the dose to 37.5. I reached out to the Customer Service Department 3 times within 3 days and was told that a Medical Provider would be reaching out to me. No one called or text. Upon my last attempt to reach out to Customer Service I was transferred to the Medical Professional area and was on "hold" for 1 hour and 40 minutes before finally hanging up! I am actually on the phone with another Customer Representative who seems to know what she is doing unlike the previous 2 Representatives. We will see how it goes when with the appointment with a Medical Provider that she set me up with tomorrow. It has been stated that the incorrect dosage of medication is scheduled to be mailed out tomorrow, via Fed Ex. I am giving this company 1 star due to the lack of detailed review on the part of the original Medical Provider who did not take the time to read the notes regarding the current dose and the 2 out of 3 Customer Service Representatives who had no clue what to do in this situation. Additionally, I want to mention that I was hung up on twice this evening upon my very last attempt to contact Customer Service. Hopefully, I will be able and willing to adjust this rating if the company fixes the problem and improves their services.

Deceptive

When I signed up for Get Thin, I filled out the questionnaire to see if I was a candidate for the GLP1 medication. One of the questions asked, was I taking a GLP1 at the time I was signing up, which I answered yes and they said to attach what I was taking and the dosage sending a picture of the prescription that I had. I was taking 15 mg /50 units at the time and I wanted to stay with that dosage. I was approved and that day they charged my account for 1314.00 for the6 months I signed up for! I got an email a week later and said they sent it to the pharmacy and it would be shipped out as soon as it was filled. I sent a email to verify the dosage and it was the higher dose I requested. They requested a copy of the prescription again so I sent it. I received the package a week later and it was for the beginning dosage of never being on it. I called and was very upset since I had been so clear about it. She had me setup an appointment with the NP and she told me they could not prescribe the higher dose since the FDA would not let them. She suggested I cancel my subscription and they would refund me since it was their error! They only refunded 1065.00 but charged me for the 1st 279.00. I would never would have joined if I new from the beginning when I signed up that they could never prescribe the higher dose. That is very deceptive on their part and a lack of communication between the Dr and pharmacy. Now I have a vial of trizepatide that I can’t use. This is absolutely horrible. I can’t just throw 279.00 away. Shame on them! I would never recommend Get Thin USA! The worst customer service ever!

SCAM!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! If I could leave zero stars I would! I had previously been on GLP-1's that worked amazing, so I decided to try this company. I saw zero results, zero appetite control. I requested to cancel, they charged me for another 2 months without sending any medication. I requested a refund, they told me it was in process and when I followed up after no refund came they are telling me they can not refund after 28 days! I am so angry. Do not spend a dime with this company. I am convinced I have been scammed and will continue to fight for my money back!

Scam!!!

Stay away from this company. They take all your private information and your payment and never send a product. Weeks and weeks go by and you will call them multiple times (because they tell you to keep calling back) but you will get no answers. Then, you get no refund. And to top it off,,, weeks after no refund, they will call you multiple times and hang up when you answer. THEY WILL HARASS YOU!!! Stay away!!!!

Fraud

Bad experience. I placed an order and they charge you upfront. After a medical evaluation, they say I don't qualify for the medication. They cancel my order and don't want to refund me. According to them, it's because that was part of their work. A medical evaluation, which I didn't say, lasted three minutes as evidence.

Stay clear of this company

The customer service is horrible. They give you the runaround and lie. I had appointment for Dr so I could increase meds and they lied and said I wasn’t online, then I called and customer service said to wait a minute. I had to call back again and was told a different story!!! DO NOT go with these people

Beware

They screwed up and did not increase my dosage for the second month, wasted my time and money. Their people told me the second month should be higher dose but mine was not and did nothing for m me. I did not lose any weight in 2 months.

Lies about pricing and based on India

They promised tirzepatide at 149, then charged 349. For the same medication, not semaglutide. They transfer all support to India. I asked them to replay the recording of the call but they refused.

They don’t send the product!

I have been charged twice for semaglutide and this company has not sent product. Don’t order from this company, customer service will not help you!
