This is my second time with no refund.

This is my second time with no refund. I got one dose and then they shut down, announcing the same reason about someone in charge being lost. Took my money and disappeared. I waited 4 months, and they promised to complete the program, but same outcome—no coaching, one vial of meds, and nothing else I paid for. Then, they vanish. Don’t fall for this. I've been dealing with them for a year, since August, and nothing has been done. Affirm won’t refund if they just say they shipped it. This is a SCAM.

This company is a total rip-off!

This company is a total rip-off! I mentioned the dose I was using, they said they could match it, accepted the 6-month term, and I ended up gaining weight. The medicine is ineffective, and this place isn’t even a certified pharmacy! Avoid them! Now I’m struggling to get a refund. They don’t honor their “6-month guarantee” either! Now the company has shut down!

The company is not reliable. They charge you but fail to deliver the product. Even when you try to cancel, they keep billing you. It’s impossible to get in touch with them through phone, email, or text. It seems like they are continuing this in 2024.
