I'm a current customer, and I've been experiencing significant issues since the last major update. Large chunks of information are consistently missing each day, and the app keeps saying 'reconnecting,' asking to check back in 30 minutes. It often goes hours before recording anything again. Customer support is unresponsive, taking days to a week or more to respond. I still haven't heard back from them since last week. I've decided to cancel at the end of my six months. The service is too expensive for such poor performance.

I ordered and paid my subscription up front (what an idiot). I havent recived my CGM despite multiple calls and emails to their sucky "support" service .. zero response from anyone. I know have to report the fraud tomy credit card company and try and get some of my money back from these scam artists .. A V O I D

Company lacks the ability to scan lot of foods.

Company lacks the ability to scan lot of foods. Food library has only a few items. Sometimes disconnects from my CGM and takes long to reconnect. CGM readings inconsistent. Some weeks high, some low with same food. App doesn't give much feedback.
