Don’t honor money back guarantee and they don’t work on fleas.

They won’t honor their money back guarantee!! Don’t buy this product. Bought four of these . They don’t work at all My pets are itching and scratching more than before , they let off an awful smell , won’t repel fleas or ticks maybe just cockroaches because it stinks so bad . I contacted their support many times to tell them about my experience and they won’t honor the “money back guarantee no questions asked “ they advertise so much . They definitely ask you questions and they definitely won’t give you your money back . They told me for their product to work I would need to buy a prescription for flea meds for all my pets . If I was gonna do that why would I need your product. This doesn’t make any sense I just want my money back they promised.

Been using this product a few weeks now and happy with how it's going. Lucky for us, fleas aren't a problem here since it's too dry (thank goodness), but ticks are around, even the ones that carry Ehrlichiosis, which is realy bad for both people and pets! I did think maybe the citronella in the collar might bug my dog, since that can be a problem sometimes, but turns out I didn’t need to worry. No signs of anything wrong with him and the best part is, no ticks. So glad we don’t need those old chemical collars anymore. Miniature poodle Ernie and the rest of us give Fur Life a big yes.

I bought the collar at the start of 2024 for my dogs and cat, plus three other pups. One neighbor’s dog (Molly) had allergy issues from her flea/tick treatment. She stopped her allergy meds and started using the collar. No more rashes! She’s off all meds now. The other two dogs (Wilber and Wiley Jane) also stopped their chemical treatments. Wilber’s owner was worried due to his heartworm status. No fleas, no ticks. It works really well! I suggest it to everyone! (Dogs: 90lb GSD, 75lb Lab, 45lb Pit, and 65lb Pitmix. Cat: 11lb Russian Blue.) I reordered for all five pets.

We got a FurLife collar for one of our cats last Spring. She had developed an allergy to her previous flea & tick collar and treatments, so we had to ensure she stayed safe AND healthy! I’m glad to say that the FurLife collar performed GREAT in every way, and our cat is now content, healthy, AND free of parasites! We have also bought FurLife collars for ALL FIVE of our cats, and they will start using them next Spring since the flea & tick season is nearly finished where we live. Thanks, FurLife!

Whenever he feels uneasy, he begins to honk like a seal… And he feels uneasy pretty often, sadly. I have tried all sorts of things from CBD to prescribed meds, but nothing seems to help him. In a moment of need, I decided to give this a shot. These really do help! It calmed him down and gave him comfort better than anything else I’ve used. It has surely provided him comfort and I strongly suggest giving it a go if you need something to help soothe your dog, you won't be dissapointed.

I purchased two of these last year after a visit to the vet who suggested collars with chemicals for my dog that I don't feel are necessary. I like them a lot. My dog doesn't have fleas (which tend to bite me) or ticks, so it works well for us. I'm here to buy two more in pink. The fun colors are nice as well. I’ve seen some people mention bad experiences with the company, but my first time went pretty smooth. I don't know.

I got my dog collers fast. I live in the country with 2 dogs in a 100 sq ft pen. We battled flees for 5 yrs and nothin' helped. My sister-in-law told me bout Fur Lufe collers so I bought 2. I use front line and the collers, and I couldn't believe the results! No flees, no scratchin'. The collers probly work by themselves but after 5 yrs, I'm scared to jinx my luck. I'm thankful for Fur Lufe. They changed our lives. Thanx

The customer service here was really good

The customer service here was really good. I made a mistake and ordered a dog collar along with a cat collar when I only needed two cat collars. Furlife promptly sent the correct collar and allowed me to keep the dog collar despite it being my error. My cats are very happy with their collars—no itching or issues, and they work well without any harmful chemicals. We will definitely keep using them.

My pack is all set for life.

My pack is all set for life. My two standard poodles began with the tags last year and they worked great. We didn’t have any pests all year. This year we added a toy and a miniature poodle to our pack, and they’re both wearing the collars. I hope next year you come up with a smaller tag that fits on their collars too, but the colors are nice, and I added a bit of bling.

I really like this product so far

I really like this product so far, I haven’t noticed any ticks or fleas on my fur babies. We live near a creek that we go to every day, and there are lots of ticks there, but none on my pets. Another thing I want to mention is the customer service. My first order arrived damaged, so I emailed furlife. They answered quickly and sent a replacement very fast.

I wasn't sure if the all natural flea

I wasn't sure if the all natural flea collar would work, but now I see that it does. I think it’s worth trying. My Yorkie can’t handle oral flea meds or topicals because of her seizures, so this collar is a good fit for her needs. (However, since she’s so tiny, I do wish they made a thinner, smaller version for little dogs.)

I really like that Furlife uses essential oils

I really like that Furlife uses essential oils and not harsh chemicals! Recently, my little dog’s collar got stuck on a branch, but it loosened enough for him to escape safely. Plus, this collar lasts 8 months, and after weekly baths, there are no fleas or ticks! I’ll keep using this product. Very satisfied!

This is my second time using FurLife flea and tick collars for our two dogs. At first, I doubted if they would work as promised. But they really did! So, when it was time to replace them, I bought more and now my dogs stay safe again. FurLife, you are my go-to flea/tick collar forever!

I’ve been using FurLife products for my dogs since March and they’ve worked great. My dogs are very active, going on hikes and playing at the dog park all the time, but I haven’t seen a flea or tick on them at all. I’ve also told a few friends about it.

When I opened my anti flea/tick device, I accidentally cut it near the collar clip. I contacted the company and Joey promised to send a replacement for free. I’m very pleased! I was worried I lost 40.00. Great customer support. Definitely recommend.

I finally got to try it on my 3 dogs. Everything’s going well so far. My daughter mentioned that her chihuahua hasn't had any fleas since we put on the collar. Great news! It's still a bit early, but I think I've found a decent product.

My dog has had his collar for a few weeks. The smell was strong at first but faded in a few days. Everything is good so far. No problems. No chemicals. I’m happy to use it for my dog’s saftey.

The FurLife collar worked wonders on my poodle when the big brand failed. We were flea-free in no time!

Order came fast and was spot on. I got four Furlife pendants for my dogs in early May. All's been good so far—no fleas or ticks! It almost seems too good to be true!! I let them air out for a day before putting them on their collars. The smell was strong but not bad. I’m sensitive to many smells, but these pendants were fine. Just ordered four more as a backup. I’ll switch out the May ones for these new ones. Even with the extra buy, it's still cheaper than insecticide-based flea and tick treatments. Happy to have a safe way to protect my dogs. I haven’t noticed any fleas on my Kymber yet, and I’m happy with the product. It smells nice and doesn’t seem to bother Kymber at all. My only concern with the 12-month option is that the attachment might be too big for smaller dogs. I’ve had no problems with customer service; they’ve been very helpful.

I decided to give the tick collars a go for both my dogs during the summer. I was a bit concerned since we live in a rural area, but the collars did the job! I'm glad to have found a more natural way to manage ticks for my pets. I've already ordered the pendants for the summer, since they also help with fleas. There was a small problem with shipping and being charged, but the customer service team solved it fast.
