Disappointment from the start

Geckocustom has been a disappointment from the start. The item I ordered turned out to be shipped directly from China, causing significant delivery issues. To make matters worse, when the picture frame finally arrived, it was in terrible condition – completely cracked and broken. Waiting for a replacement since Mother's Day has been agonizingly slow. Their products appear to be of poor quality, and the whole experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I cannot recommend Geckocustom.com, especially if you value timely delivery and quality products. It's been a frustrating journey dealing with this company.

Don’t do business with this company

I ordered a coffee mug with our puppy’s picture on April 17. 10 day’s later I inquired about the order only to be told everything was fine and I’ll have the mug by Mom’s Day. 4 days later I inquired again only to be told the same thing. Thursday before Mother’s Day I asked again and they actually looked into the problem. They then said they resolved the issue. I still don’t have the mug. They offered me a 20% discount. I told them to keep the discount as I will be sharing my story with everyone I can. There are plenty of companies that customize cups. Save yourself the heartache and use Shutterfly.

Terrible transaction

I ordered a shirt for Father’s Day on June 5th, received sample and requested the pictures be centered then on the 6th got a confirmation that they were processing the order. Father’s Day came and went with no shirt. I emailed them on Saturday the 15th no respond until the 19th stating they didn’t process bc there were edits and not approved and if I want a refund they have to charge a fee. They confirmed on the 7th that they were processing the order. I shared the emails and still waiting for a resolution but last time I will order something from them.

I purchased a floor mat

I purchased a floor mat but it was simply too thin to use. After several emails, customer service offered a 20% refund which I accepted. Unfortunately, they requested that I remove my negative review in order to receive the refund. I believe they manipulate reviews on their website, masking any real criticism. Do not be deceived by the seemingly high ratings, the customer service is not what it seems and is present only to create a facade of customer care.

I had a wonderful time working with this company! The item we got was better than I thought. I needed something unique for my adult son's birthday and our family beach trip. He’s a fan of Skeletor from The He-Man Cartoons, so we uploaded some photos and had a blast experimenting with all the different color choices. We got a custom Hawaiian shirt and matching swim trunks. I even wanted a different size shirt after I placed my order, and they changed it easily. They were upfront about the shipping time and kept us updated through email about when we would get our product (around 2 weeks). The item we got was great! The images were clear, and the shirt and trunks fit just right. They’re made from light material, which is perfect for the hot beach weather. My son adored his gift as much as he adores Skeletor! Thanks to Gecko Custom Made for creating such nice items and making my son happy! We will surely be coming back!!!

The Company rep, Lisa, kept in touch during the whole process with messages from the moment I placed the order, through production, shipping, and finally delivery. My order got here sooner than the promised date. The shirts are really nice. You can see that the staff care about the product they send. Well worth the money for a custom shirt. The photo on the front pocket was bigger than I thought, but very happy, as it shows our baby girl’s (Dalmatian “Lavender”) picture and name for everyone to see. The back details are clear, and her photo is sharp. It is exactly the photo we sent. We can’t wait to wear them on our walks around the block. We have a vet visit soon, so we will be showing off our special shirts that day. I will keep the company’s contact info ready because I’m sure many other “pet parents” will want to order them for their pets.

Ev'ry step, from ordering, to waiting, to receivin', an' gift-givin' was a dream. I don't often find a vendor that successful at ALL these phases. GeckoCustom was! I highly recommend them. It was easy to design the custom shirt an' pick colors, upload photos, etc. The price is unbelievable...when folks ask how much it cost me, they are shocked at how affordable it was. I suspect we'll buy many more with personal logos, etc. It was much quicker receivin' it than I expected - I think under 2 weeks. Hubby was delighted with the item. I was expecting the fabric to be crummy an' the screen-printin' to be bad, but I was delighted with the quality, the sizin', an' the quality of the printin'. Hubs loved his shirt with pics of his kitty. :) Great experience!

Both my dad and father-in-law loved their shirts, and I was delighted to see them before they received the gifts. However, my husband is still waiting for his due to snail-mail's slow pace, but I'm sure he'll love it too. I'm very satisfied and would definitely order more shirts. I also reached out to customer service when the shirts arrived at different times, and they were helpful and reassuring until everything was delivered. Overall, great experience and excellent customer service!

Over the last three years, we have bought custom shirts for my husband from your company. One shirt was a gift from our daughters and had pictures of our two dogs. This year, I got one with the two classic cars my husband owns. You can even spot my husband in the front seat of his 53 Chevy Panel Truck. The shirts' quality is good, they wash nicely (cold water) and dry hanging without needing ironing. We were really happy.
