    Seriously, give Ford a miss if you don't want a nightmare on wheels

    I grabbed a 2018 Ford Escape SE with 50k miles, thinking I was making a smart move. Paid around 19 grand for it. Fast forward to 90,700 miles, and bam! "Coolant intrusion to the cylinders" hit me like a ton of bricks. The engine was toast. Thought Ford had my back, but nope. Since I was just over their 87,000-mile limit, they washed their hands of me. No help, no nothing. I had to fork out 30k to settle with the bank and get a new ride. Felt like betrayal from a brand I trusted. Seriously, give Ford a miss if you don't want a nightmare on wheels.

    I bought a Ford Expedition

    I bought a Ford Expedition with a moonroof, and while we were on vacation, the glass just shattered outta nowhere. It was terrifying! The glass fell on my kids, and they were so scared. We hadn't even driven it 3k miles yet. Took it to get checked out, and they said a rock hit it. But I swear, nothing hit the glass! I found out later that Ford is getting sued for this exact issue with their panoramic glass shattering unexpectedly. Super disappointed with Ford – this is my first and definitely my last time buying from them. Terrible experience.

    I was promised my new

    I was promised my new car would be ready in 2-4 months, but it's been over 11 months now. Every time I ask for an update, they just push me to the dealers, who obviously have no hand in building the car. Tried contacting Ford’s online help, but they just told me to speak to the dealers again. It's like they’re playing a game of hot potato with my concerns. It's frustrating how little they seem to care about their customers. Feels like they're just passing the buck and no one wants to take responsibility. Not the experience I expected at all.

    You won't believe what happened!

    You won't believe what happened! I was driving my Ford, and out of nowhere, the car just shuts down right on the highway. Heart-pounding moment, I tell ya. Turns out, it was a recall issue. So, I called up Ford, hoping they'd help me out. But guess what? The person on the line didn't seem to care much, and nothing got sorted. Felt like such a waste of time. I mean, as a veteran, you'd think they'd have a bit more concern. But nope. That experience was enough for me. Ford just lost a customer for life. Never touching their cars again.

    I really wish I could've

    I really wish I could've avoided dealing with Ford Mainland. We thought we found a great car, but it turns out, it had issues we weren’t told about, even though they definitely knew. When we came back about the backup camera not working, the salesperson Txxxx just brushed it off saying, "It's a little foggy." That wasn’t even close to what we meant by malfunctioning. Felt like they were trying to cheat us, just like those old school car salesmen. I’d seriously tell anyone to stay away. It’s not worth the hassle and dishonesty.

    I usually buy parts for my Ford online, always from Ford dealerships. Recently, I got a defective part and tried to contact Ford Kansas City HVC. Guess what? No working phone number, no email, nothing. So, I called Ford's main customer service, thinking they'd help. But nope, they didn't have the dealership's contact info either. I mean, how does that even happen? Total waste of time, and their customer service is seriously lacking. So frustrating! Can't believe a big company like Ford can't manage basic communication.

    I was driving my 2022

    I was driving my 2022 Ford Transit on the highway, and suddenly, out of nowhere, the brakes completely failed. It was terrifying! The van only had 35,000 miles on it. I found out later that the timing belt corroded and messed up the vacuum pump. After looking into it, I discovered that loads of people have had the same problem. It's shocking that there hasn't been any recall or alert about this dangerous issue. Why haven't they fixed this? It's a serious safety risk that Ford needs to address immediately.

    Dropped my car off for

    Dropped my car off for a recall and to fix the hand brake and replace lug nuts. Next day, they call saying nothing's been done yet. So I go to pick it up, only to find it's still in the shop cause they just started working on it. Waited around, and then they hit me with a $180 bill just for diagnosing the hand brake, didn't even fix it. Are you kidding me? Total rip-off. That place is a joke, and the advisor was absolutely useless. No way I'm going back there. Feels like a total scam. Avoid at all costs!

    As a long-time Ford customer, I'm genuinely upset to hear they're cutting back on their DEI programs. I always thought they stood for diversity and inclusion, which is super important to me. Now, I'm seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere. And honestly, I can't keep this to myself. I'll be posting about it on my professional Facebook page, where I've got over 12,000 followers. Folks need to know about this stuff. Fingers crossed, Ford rethinks this decision soon because it really matters.

    I ordered a Ford Bronco

    I ordered a Ford Bronco Wildtrak and was excited when it finally went into production. But then it got pulled for a Quality Check, and that’s where the problems started. Four months went by, and I heard absolutely nothing. I kept asking for updates but got zero answers. It’s been really frustrating and honestly, if you're thinking about ordering a Ford, you might wanna think twice. The lack of communication and the wait is just too much. Not worth the hassle, I’d suggest looking at other options.

    I got a new Ford

    I got a new Ford recently, thinking it’d be a great investment, but it’s been just one issue after another.     Bought a fast charging adapter

    Bought a fast charging adapter from Ford for my 2021 Mustang Mach E ages ago, but still nothing. It’s been nearly 6 months and they keep saying they don’t know when it’ll arrive. Honestly, it's been a nightmare trying to charge the car. Most charging stations in the USA need this adapter, and without it, the Mach E is practically useless. Feeling pretty frustrated with the whole experience. Wish I had gone with a Tesla instead, at least their charging network is reliable.

    Really disappointed

    Bought a Ford, thought I got a good deal with just 73,000 miles on it. But guess what? Transmission totally went out. Did some digging and found out it's a common issue with automatics from that era. Reached out to Ford, hoping they’d step up. Nope, they refused to help. The repair costs are so high, it’s not even worth fixing, and now I’m left with no choice but to scrap the car. Really disappointed. If you're thinking of getting a Ford, seriously reconsider.

    I wanted to buy a

    I wanted to buy a new Ford Kuga, so I filled out my details on their form. Got a call from a Ford garage and they took my info. Was pretty excited to get things rolling, but then... nothing. I waited for a call back. Days turned into weeks, and still no word. Kinda feeling like they forgot about me. All those Ford ads I keep seeing, guess they're for someone else.
