They are scammers. After having booked airline tickets with them and having paid, they call you to tell you that there are no seats available and that they must increase your price. Even so, and increasing the price, I still have not received my airline tickets. Every time you call on the phone they tell you something different. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. AUTHENTIC SCAM.

I booked a flight from NY to Atlanta. They called me and hour later to tell me that the "promotional" return flight had no more of thecseat available and if I wanted that flight my seat would be an extra 80 dollars plus fee n tax. Btw no where in the flight booking did it say it was a promotional. I was forced to book a new flight at a 5 am. for 80 more per "paul".

I was able to talk with Kevin at extension 413 to set up my flight. He was very kind, took his time explaining the rules, and looked for flights that fit me. He called me again later to follow up and find me a better option. After that, Kristy helped me finalize everything and sent the e-ticket, and she was also really good. Overall, it was a great experiance.

I booked for a flight to and from. They said they would call back within a half hour. That did not happen. They told me of the restrictions that would apply and I agreed to that and then came the switch. I’m so sorry we can’t get you the flight back unless you pay more. $400 more. Unbelievable! No refund, the manager was no help. Worst experience of all.

At first, reading the reviews had me unsure about booking, but I'm pleased I decided to go ahead with Foggy for my flight. The service from the team was very helpful. Everything went smooth at the airport, and I faced no issues at all. Thanks a lot to Alan and Kristy for their kind assistance. I'll surely be booking my next trip with Foggy again.

We booked tickets from spokane to reno, round trip. Got a call the next morning, telling us we needed to pay another $280 to take bags with us. Told them bullshit. They then told us we could t blackout. It was nonrefundable. Called and canceled credit card, with a scam alert Then contacted the federal trade commission. And turned them in

My subject says it all. Please avoid this company. They will take your money claiming they have booked your ticket. Rather, they did not do anything. They will send you an email as confirmation, but the email will have NO ticket number or confirmation number. I just had to pay United for a new ticket for my son going back to school now.

My trip to Michigan began well with a good flight and price, but things quickly got messy. There were no flights out of Colorado Springs, leading to a chaotic situation. In the end, another flight was sorted out, and I still had a nice trip. Shoutout to Brian and Michelle for their support in making my time with Foggy Fly a positive one.

The customer service team I spoke with was helpful and quite informed. They kept me updated about the booking steps as we went. My only issue was that the rules about the ticket price weren't clearly outlined during the booking process. I ended up spending more than I wanted. Still, this was balanced out by the coupon I received.

It is a shame there is no option for zero stars!!!They sell a product and then force customers to accept what is available. This practice is illegal, not to mention the false advertising involved, and should be addressed immediately. The company should be audited as soon as possible to prevent further exploitation of customers.

They assisted me in finding a new plan that worked with my timing. The one problem I faced was that I didn't get my e-ticket within the 30 minutes they promised. I sent an email the following morning and called later that evening. After I called, Teressa contacted me back and sent the e-tickets via email.

This company routinely promises flights, books then, then comes back 2-3 weeks later explaining that the flight wasn't actually booked and asking you to pay for a non economy flight and adding thousands of dollars. NO one speaks clear English. This company is fraudulent and misleading in every way.

with in minutes after i entered personnel info and credit card info and paid for 3 tickets they called me asking for $330 more or change my travel dates. I asked them then to cancel my reservation and they rudely respond that i will loose all my money. Now i understand why they have 1 srar rating.

Ron gave me a better deal, so I took it. But talking to anyone else at Foggyfly was hard because of their strong accent and fast talking. I don't get why they called to tell me about a confirmation email. When I said I couldn't check my email then, Michelle said she would call back later. Whyu???

I scheduled some flights online and a few minutes later they called me saying that the return flight had been cancelled and I had to take a new one but I had to pay more, they wanted to change my itinerary, and there is no option to do it online, everything is done from a call center in India.

DO NOT USE FOGGYFLY! TOTAL SCAMMERS. YOU'LL LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Booked my flight. Then they called and said it wasn't available. Then they said MORE expensive seats on the flight are available, plus an extra charge for the flight AND extra for luggage and carry on. DO NOT USE!

If only ... Yep, tried to get a good rate on airfare and Foggyfly had them ... so they say ... NOT!!! Went to the airline and found the same flights for over $200 cheaper!! Can't say SCAM loud enough! Voucher for future travel, really??? Not with you! Sorry John!

The company needs to improve their communication. I didn't get a call within 24 hours to confirm my flight, and when I called, they said it wouldn't be confirmed until 6 hours before. This wasn't in the information I got. Kevin and Kristy helped me get an alternative flight.

This site is a total scam. Flight was advertised as 482.98 and confirmed at that price. Upon booking they then contacted to say the time for that price expired and the only available option is almost double the price. This is an absolute scam!!!! Do not use this site.

I can not say this loud enough do not to use this company. They will not be able to confirm the tickets prices on their website and will charge the amount that is directly from the airline company. There is not discount when using this comany

They lure you with low price, once you book it they say it’s not available and will give you other options which are super expensive. If you say cancel then they’ll charge you $100. Just stay away you’ll end up paying way more.

The company was really good at replying. The price was nice when my destination popped up for the economy ticket. I didn't like that I couldn't bring any carry-ons at the fair. Jack was alright, but he needs to talk slower.

I had lots of problms getting flight tickets. Luckily, Peter, and then Kristy, and Christopher were great and helped me a lot! They were very nice and supportive. I was glad to have them be the ones assiting me.

All things considered, it worked out well. John was helpful and I think he managed to get my family a good deal. Long journey, holidays, can’t expect too much. Grateful for the service, even after a tough start.

The crew did a good job contacting me about the sudden change by the airline for my flight. Although I missed their first calls, they were always in touch and helped make my trip happen. Thanks Marcus & Kristi

This company is gr8! My sales dude, Jack, was amazin'. He helped me get a good deal on my flight even tho' my English ain't that good. He was super patient and polite. Big thanks to Jack, 5/5 stars!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! THE REVIEWERS ARE TELLING THE TRUTH. THEY ALMOST GOT ME, BLOCKED MY CARDS BEFORE THEY COULD CHARGE ME, EVENTUALLY REPORTED THEM LOST TO AVOID THE CHARGE ENTIRELY!!

This website is a total SCAM!!!! I'm going to look into filing a class action lawsuit!!! Seems like all the reviews are the same...people getting scammed by this horrible website!!

I was quoted $600 for two tickets on American Airlines, and then I was notified that the price was no longer available, and they tried to charge me $400.00 more for the tickets.
