Dreadful customer service

Ordered a seal for my liebherr freezer. Wrong seal was sent and no fixing kit even if it was correct. Sent back tracked and confirmed it was received. Numerous attempts to get a refund fell on deaf ears. After weeks and weeks they responded to say that the package was received and a refund would be processed. More delay and the eventually said that the package was damaged and parts were missing. As such they were going to deduct a lot of money from my refund. The ironic part was that the goods were sent back to them in the exact same package and quantity that they sent it to me. I will never deal with this company again and would say to anyone considering using them that you engage with Fixpart at your peril.

Hain pesukoneen tiivistettä mallinumerolla, hakutoiminto toimi hyvin. Maksoin kortilla ja paketti lähti samana päivänä. Seuranta oli vähän niukka, mutta osa tuli ajallaan ja sopi täydellisesti. Yksi kysymys sähköpostiin, vastaus selkeästi seuraavana päivänä. Parhaiten jäi mieleen järkevä hinta.

Vastaus tuli sähköpostilla noin 24 tunnissa. Ammattitaitoinen ja selkeä, mutta olisin kaivannut puhelinnumeroa. Ongelma ratkesi, palautusohjeet ymmärrettävät.

Hain imurin suodattimen mallinumerolla, ohjeet auttoivat valinnassa. Paketti tuli 3 päivässä, asennus helppo. Yksi miinus: EU-varasto pidentää joskus toimitusta. Mieleen jäi selkeä haku ja kohtuuhinta, vaikka palautus EU-osoitteeseen voisi olla kallis jos tulisi virhe.

Osa sopi paikalleen ilman soveltamista. Olin helpottunut, kun laite käynnistyi heti. Laatu vaikutti jämäkältä, vaikka muovi olisi voinut olla paksumpaa.

Rekisteröinti helppoa ja UK-toimitus tuli ajallaan Suomeen. Mallisuodatin löysi oikeat vaihtoehdot, mutta tuotekuvan väri poikkesi hieman. Onneksi osa sopi mittojen mukaan. Opin tarkistamaan osanumeroista, ei pelkästä kuvasta.

Pesukone heräsi varaosalla

Etsin mallinumerolla nukkasiivilän. Sivu ehdotti yhteensopivia osia ja ohje kertoi, miten mitataan. Tilasin maanantaina, osa tuli torstaina. Asennus onnistui omin voimin ja kone toimii taas. Parasta oli selkeä kuvallinen ohje.
