Dreadful customer service

Ordered a seal for my liebherr freezer. Wrong seal was sent and no fixing kit even if it was correct. Sent back tracked and confirmed it was received. Numerous attempts to get a refund fell on deaf ears. After weeks and weeks they responded to say that the package was received and a refund would be processed. More delay and the eventually said that the package was damaged and parts were missing. As such they were going to deduct a lot of money from my refund. The ironic part was that the goods were sent back to them in the exact same package and quantity that they sent it to me. I will never deal with this company again and would say to anyone considering using them that you engage with Fixpart at your peril.

Our washing machine began leaking and cutting the power, so we called an appliance engineer who found a rip in the door seal that couldn't be repaired and offered £40 off a new £400 washing machine. After a quick search, I found Fixpart. Their website was simple to navigate and showed which parts fit my machine. For £20, in 2 days, and a couple of Youtube videos later, the part arrived and I fixed it in less than an hour. The service speed and simplicity were unmatched and saved us almost £400, highly recomend it.

I bought a part for my Smeg cooker, and even though the exact one wasn’t in stock, they sent me a different part that they said would work. It arrived within the 3 days promised, nicely packed and without any damage. The replacement part seemed stronger and better made than the original clock/timer unit. I installed it myself and it works just fine now.

It was packed carefully and safe, which was good since the box was a bit damaged [not the sender’s fault] when it got here. I’ll definitely use fixpart again and suggest them to others.

Dishwasher kept leaving bits of food, found spray arms were clogged, bought 2 replacements from this company and now works fine, parts came fast and safe, i reccomend them for sure.

Fixpart did a great job but it was a bit annoying

Fixpart did a great job but it was a bit annoying that their delivery guy DPD left my package at the local pick up point instead of my home. Not happy with that.

Bought a part but it never arrived, told the company about it but they didn’t reply. Wouldn’t order from them again.

Don't touch them with a bargepole

Ordered a part by mistake. Emailed cancelling the order less than 5 minutes after placing the order. Cancellation ignored. Part sent doesn't match the food processor I have. I paid £10 and if I want a refund, they charge £7.00 for the courier they use as long as you use their own courier and drop it at one of their shops no matter how far from your place this is located. Otherwise, you end up paying more for the return than what they will refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After ordering a part through this company in Mid December it eventually arrived faulty (took over 2 weeks to be posted). After numerous emails they are now not responding. I have spoken to the suppliers who were very helpful, but stated they couldn't help as they had resolved the issue with Fixpart. It is now February, I have no working part, I am out of pocket and they are ignoring my emails.
