I recently parked at Winchester station.

I recently parked at Winchester station. I tried to log on the app but couldn't due to bad WiFi. On the train, WiFi is bad. In London, I had WiFi and paid for parking from noon till 4am. I couldn't backdate to 10am, so paid extra. I appealed the fine, but they rejected it and said if I go to ombudsman, fine will be £85, not £50. They make it harder to appeal fairly. It's unfair to not consider I paid the right amount despite app issues.

Disabled parking badge, Farnborough.

Disabled parking badge, Farnborough. Registered car and blue badge on their system. Got a fine, appealed. Now they want me to mail blue badge pic despite having it. Can't contact them. Ref: SW01413748. Maybe their license should be revoked or trading standards should check them out?

If giving zero stars was an option, I'd choose minus 100. This company and its app should be banned from the UK and not allowed to operate. They are completely user unfriendly, and the sooner they shut down, the better.
