    I have been a Fairstone client for many years and my payment

    I have been a Fairstone client for many years and my payment history was PERFECT which mattered a lot to me. I called with a question and within 10 minutes over the phone was given a 'plan' that would be very helpful for me. My Fairstone advisor and I completed EVERYTHING needed and now I am in a MUCH MORE ADVANTAGEOUS position. I was treated with care and respect and humour - all while knowing the rules and limits that applied. I will keep making my payments to Fairstone on time and in full and I will always remember how helpful this has been for me and how very NICELEY I was treated. THANK YOU!     My experience getting a loan from Fairstone was great. The staff are very kind and the procedure doesn’t take much time. The papers you need to provide are simple to send, and the best part is, you receive your money very quickly. Thanks a lot.

    The loan agent I dealt with was friendly at first but changed when I had questions. After going through the loan papers, I called again because I didn’t understand why insurance was required. When I asked if it was really needed, she said she had told me already and I could cancel it in a few months. It feels like they get extra pay if they sell the insurance with the loan, and when I asked about it, she got rude and pushy. I won’t choose Fairstone again.
