Their websyte was easy to navigate. Once I decided on the investment, I called their office and their staff took all of my info and completed the process from start to finish with speed and accuracy. They were always available to answer emails and phone calls. All of the documents were mailed via fedex, back and forth, at no cost to me. They made the process easy.
