Electromaker is a great website, and they really try hard to stay in touch with customers. I had a problem recently when my credit card was being verified by their payment system. If you think you might need to cancel

If you think you might need to cancel, don’t place an order. Once you order, you can't cancel it, even if you try to cancel right after. They will ship it anyway and say it can’t be canceled. However, the company later gave me a full refund without needing the order back, which was a nice suprise.

I was looking for a double coin cell battery compartment

I was looking for a double coin cell battery compartment for a specific project and spent about 20 minutes searching online. I found a picture of the product and clicked on the Electromaker sponsor link. After ordering, I got a confirmation email and then 3 days later, UPS sent a shipping notice. A few days after that, they gave me a delivery date. However, on the day of delivery, UPS informed me that my package was damaged during the process and would be sent back to the sender. I contacted the company and they quickly shipped out a replacement, which arrived in just 2 days. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because of the wait time, even without the UPS issue.

Customer service took a little longer than expected, I had to enter my card info again which took about two days, but shipping was quick and it only took one day. I live in Texas, so that might be the cause. My order arrived in great condition, no problems at all.

I really like the Cardputer.

I really like the Cardputer. It is a cool little gadget. But, there weren't many instructions on how to use all the features of the device. Also, I found a lot of posts online where people had trouble burning the image or getting the firmware to work. There were also issues with the drivers for the device. I spent a lot of time trying to get games and apps on it, but I kept getting error messages. I do appreciate M5Stack for creating such a cool device, but I am a bit sad that I haven't been able to enjoy my Christmas gift fully. I bought a part and got no shipping info. A week later, I emailed and found out it was cancelled. I was told to contact the “credit department,” but I’ve had no credit problems. I’m not angry, just let down that I wasn’t told about the problem with my order.
