The packaging could have been better.

The packaging could have been better. I've bought sockets in the past, and they normally come with the pins stuck in foam to keep them safe. This time, they arrived without any protection, and many pins were bent. I managed to fix them, but... foam isn't expensive.

I really like the Cardputer. It is a cool little gadget. But, there weren't many instructions on how to use all the features of the device. Also, I found a lot of posts online where people had trouble burning the image or getting the firmware to work. There were also issues with the drivers for the device. I spent a lot of time trying to get games and apps on it, but I kept getting error messages. I do appreciate M5Stack for creating such a cool device, but I am a bit sad that I haven't been able to enjoy my Christmas gift fully. They Suck

This Company is a Sham !!! NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a battery a lousy battery for 20 bucks ! Took them a week to get it to me after charging 9 bucks for a single friggen battery! THEN THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG BATTERY WHICH LED TO BS PICTURES AND NOW I DISPUTED IT ON MY CARD!! THESE MORONS THINK YOU ARE JUST GOING TO GO AWAY AND LOSE 20 bucks!! NOT ME .. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

If you think you might need to cancel

If you think you might need to cancel, don’t place an order. Once you order, you can't cancel it, even if you try to cancel right after. They will ship it anyway and say it can’t be canceled. However, the company later gave me a full refund without needing the order back, which was a nice suprise.
