If you think you might need to cancel, don’t place an order. Once you order, you can't cancel it, even if you try to cancel right after. They will ship it anyway and say it can’t be canceled. However, the company later gave me a full refund without needing the order back, which was a nice suprise.

I was looking for a double coin cell battery compartment for a specific project and spent about 20 minutes searching online. I found a picture of the product and clicked on the Electromaker sponsor link. After ordering, I got a confirmation email and then 3 days later, UPS sent a shipping notice. A few days after that, they gave me a delivery date. However, on the day of delivery, UPS informed me that my package was damaged during the process and would be sent back to the sender. I contacted the company and they quickly shipped out a replacement, which arrived in just 2 days. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because of the wait time, even without the UPS issue.

The company had what I wanted, and shipping was quick. I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the packaging. There wasn't any bubble wrap or cushioning in the box, so my motor was bouncing around during shipping.

I really like the Cardputer. It is a cool little gadget. But, there weren't many instructions on how to use all the features of the device. Also, I found a lot of posts online where people had trouble burning the image or getting the firmware to work. There were also issues with the drivers for the device. I spent a lot of time trying to get games and apps on it, but I kept getting error messages. I do appreciate M5Stack for creating such a cool device, but I am a bit sad that I haven't been able to enjoy my Christmas gift fully. I bought a part and got no shipping info. A week later, I emailed and found out it was cancelled. I was told to contact the “credit department,” but I’ve had no credit problems. I’m not angry, just let down that I wasn’t told about the problem with my order.

This Company is a Sham !!! NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a battery a lousy battery for 20 bucks ! Took them a week to get it to me after charging 9 bucks for a single friggen battery! THEN THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG BATTERY WHICH LED TO BS PICTURES AND NOW I DISPUTED IT ON MY CARD!! THESE MORONS THINK YOU ARE JUST GOING TO GO AWAY AND LOSE 20 bucks!! NOT ME .. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

It's evident they simply source products from Mouser, so save yourself the hassle and order directly. The lack of transparency and professionalism from these individuals is nothing short of a circus. My overall impression? A truly regrettable choice – steer clear of this company.

Avoid ordering if there's a chance you might need to cancel. Once you place an order, even if you decide to cancel immediately, you can't do it because the order will already be shipped. The company will inform you afterward that cancellation isn't possible.
