    Wow, where do I start?

Wow, where do I start? I feel a bit silly after reading the other reviews here. They charged me £65 for some AI-generated "personality profile" that they claim is worth £130. What a joke, right? And get this, they give you a 50% discount when you cancel. How generous! Shawn from customer service was no help at all. Seriously, he made things worse. I really wish I had checked out these reviews before signing up for what has to be the worst dating site ever. Save your money and your time, folks!

Gave this dating site a shot, thinking two years would be plenty to find someone special. Boy, was I wrong. Most of the matches they sent were from over 100 miles away or didn’t fit my age or race preferences. And the ones that did, eharmony just blocked them for some reason. What’s worse, there's no way to cancel the subscription. So I'm stuck paying for a service that's just not delivering. Feels like there aren't many users either, which makes it even harder. Frustrating to say the least.

Not worth the money at all

I recently signed up for eHarmony, and it’s honestly been a letdown. I was excited at first, but there were only around ten people in my search range. And get this, like half of them didn’t even have profile pictures, so who knows if they’re legit. The initial cost was £30 for three months, which seemed fair. But then, inside the app, they hit you with an extra £179 to actually see the members’ photos clearly. Feels like a total scam. I feel completely ripped off. Not worth the money at all.

    Dealing with their subscription renewal

Dealing with their subscription renewal is a nightmare. They claim you can cancel easily, but it's misleading. When you try, a pop-up keeps pushing alternative deals instead of letting you cancel. You can't just cancel online; you have to email customer support, which is a hassle. It's really frustrating and feels like they’re trapping you into staying. They need to make the process more straightforward. I expected better from them, especially since they present themselves as user-friendly.

    Huge letdown

I tried this service recently, and it felt like a huge letdown. First off, they don’t even cater to people who live within 60 miles of me, which wasn’t clear at all. Then, they give you two weeks to cancel, but still charge you between £65 and £130 for this personality test they insist you take. I was a member for just a couple of hours, and I’m already out £65! Such a scam. I can’t believe they get away with this. It’s just one con after another. Save your money and time, steer clear.

    Save your money

I thought I'd give this service a shot and went for the premium option, especially since they promised a money-back guarantee within 14 days. But when I actually tried to use it, there were only six people to choose from, and none of them were even close to my area. So I asked for a refund, but they told me they're keeping almost half my money because of the questionnaire I filled out. Seriously, it's ridiculous. This service is not worth it at all. Save your money and look elsewhere.

    Wouldn't recommend them ever

I recently used this website and it was a pretty bad experience. They upped the price without giving anything extra in return. When I hit a rough patch financially, they were no help at all. Just kept pointing me to their terms and conditions, like that was supposed to solve everything. Seriously, no understanding, no flexibility, just a cold shoulder. Felt like they just wanted my money and didn't care about anything else. Not a pleasant experience at all. Wouldn't recommend it.

Honestly, I feel so ripped off by this company. They tricked me into signing up for a membership that turned out to be completely worthless. I figured out within an hour that I wanted to cancel, but they insisted I had to pay for six months, which is sixty-five pounds. To make things worse, they started taking money from my bank account without my permission. This is just plain theft. I'm planning to report them to the ombudsman. Seriously, steer clear of this company.

I signed up for this site thinking it would be a great way to meet new people, but boy was I wrong. They tricked me into a long-term membership that I just can't get out of now. The site is practically useless; most profiles seem fake, and there are scammers everywhere. It’s honestly a nightmare trying to navigate through all the nonsense. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and avoid this site at all costs. It’s not worth the headache or the money. Just a total scam.

When I signed up, I was really hoping to find some good matches in my age range, 52-63. But there were hardly any profiles that fit, and the ones that did were way too far away. It just didn’t seem worth it. So, I decided to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period. Thought it would be a simple process, but nope, ended up losing £65. Not exactly what I’d call a good experience. If you’re thinking about joining, maybe do a bit more research first. Just a heads up.

I had a really rough experience with this company. They took a large sum of money from my account without my permission. I tried to sort it out with PayPal and even reached out to their customer service, but got nowhere. It was super frustrating. In the end, I had to take the matter to the UK small claims court. Honestly, it was such a hassle and a major headache. If you value your time and money, I'd say steer clear of this company. It’s just not worth the risk.

Dating sites have really gone downhill

Man, dating sites have really gone downhill, most of them are just full of scammers. But DateAff.com is still doing a decent job. It's great for quick flings, which is exactly what I'm into right now. Can't say if it's any good for long-term stuff though. But hey, it's miles better than Eharmony. That site just drains your wallet. I blew $250 on scammers there, totally wasted my money. Learned my lesson the hard way. At least I'm wiser now, thanks to Eharmony!

    Stay away from this one!

Man, I really regret not checking the reviews before throwing away nearly £200 on this subscription. After a whole week, only 6 people even glanced at my profile. And when I checked out others, most of them hadn’t been online since last year! When I decided to cancel, they said they'd keep £65 for some so-called personality profile they did. Felt like a total rip-off and the service was just terrible. Definitely not worth the money. Stay away from this one!

Wow, what a letdown! I was scrolling through profiles and noticed a bunch without photos—21 out of 30! Honestly, it felt pretty suspicious, like they might be fake just to get you to pay. And on top of that, there were hidden charges popping up everywhere. I mean, if I'm going to spend my money, I'd rather treat myself to something like a big, delicious cake. Really disappointed and would suggest steering clear of this. Not worth the hassle!

I joined hoping to meet some interesting people, but it’s been nothing but trouble. Can’t access any matches, and now the app’s completely frozen. Customer service sent some generic emails with tips to fix it, but none of them worked. And despite asking them several times, they’re ignoring my request to cancel my subscription.
