    Even though I haven't gotten the final product yet, I wanted to share my experience with Lina Nathaniel. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong print size. When I called the number on the website, they were closed for Pres. Day. Later, I got my order confirmation and sent an email, knowing they wouldn’t reply until today. But I was surprized! Lina answered quickly, explained how to fix the size issue, and finished the order on her side. She also sent another nice and profesional email. Very good customer service!

    They provide you with an estimated timeline for delivery. However, I still haven’t received my items. I really hope they could work faster or stop giving timelines they can't meet, because I would have gone elsewhere for my photos by now. I need them urgently. Let’s hope the quality is good, or all this waiting will feel pointless.
