I would not trust them!

I placed an order of about 12 prints on in July 2024. I got an email saying the order was placed and an email with a number. I got an email saying one item was out. Then was mailed one image from the order. Now I have been trying to call and just get a recording. I have sent 3 emails and tried to contact them through their little computer person who just assigns a case number and says someone will reach out. NO ONE HAS! It's been weeks. I am so upset, they have my money for this order. I am contacting my credit card company

As a new user, my experience was really good. I enjoyed making mock designs and seeing how my project would turn out. The print and frame quality are good. Suggest.

Nice selection of prints and quick delivery. Prints have really livened up my hallway. Enjoyed the gallery wall examples with print sizes on the site for ideas.

No customer service . It’s américain and shops from usa

I find this fraudulent that these companies use a Canadian website so you believe you’re not going to pay Dudu and supporting a Canadian company . If your order gets messed up you have to pay to return it yourself . Also if you order has a problem they won’t get back to you until it’s too late so that don’t loose your buisness . O stars shop Canadian . This company has European and americain ,canadian sites and it’s all from the same us company impersonating local distibution .

Nice print for my son's room

Nice print for my son's room, came without any damages, looked like it said. I didn't do framing service and glad I didn't. Easy peacy!

Ton of designs to choose from

Ton of designs to choose from, I ordered twice. Awesome service when I reach them to correct the payment of my orders. Did not put 5 stars because even if the posters are well protect during transport, they were still left with waves that I was not able to remove completely (the bigger sizes have them)

I’m really glad I got my room’s decorations

I’m really glad I got my room’s decorations from Desenio, I liked everything from picking my painting to opening and putting it up. I’m quite content with the quality and will probably buy more. The delivery took longer than I thought but the customer service was really friendly and helpful :)

Overall, it was okay. The prints were good. The website said it would take 3-5 business days, but it actually took about 3 weeks. They didn't have one of the prints we ordered in stock, but we only found out a few days after ordering, even though it was listed as available on the website. Also, it took customer service 3-4 business days to respond to our inquiry about delivery. The prints are decent, but overall, we probably won't use this company again.

I appreciate the product; it closely resembles the image and boasts good quality. Patience paid off waiting for its availability. However, it would enhance customer satisfaction to include the wall-mounting piece with the frame.

I encountered a hiccup with a duplicated order due to a browser glitch. Despite promptly reaching out and receiving conflicting instructions about returning the duplicate, the issue persists. Numerous follow-ups yielded little progress, with a prolonged refund timeline. Surprisingly, their production/shipping oversight missed the glaring duplicate order. While the product and shipping met expectations, the prolonged and convoluted customer service process has left me dissatisfied, extending beyond a reasonable resolution timeframe. As of February 9th, the matter remains unresolved.

Placed an order a month ago, and the items have not arrived. Upon contacting the company, a representative mentioned the likelihood of the original package being lost and promised to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the customer has not received the replacement either, facing prolonged delays or potential loss once again. Expressing frustration, the customer notes that this is the first time encountering such problems with online orders. They characterize the overall experience as terrible and declare their decision never to make another purchase from the company. The customer suggests that, considering the trouble faced, they should have received their order for free.
