This company is unreliable. The cover letters are low quality, but the main problem is that they make it impossible to cancel your subscription. They keep charging your card every week even after you've asked to cancel. There's no option to delete your card details on their site, and when you try to cancel via email, they don't reply or process your request. I'm planning to report them to the attorney general and BBB.

I didn't sign up for your coverler, so why are you charging me $49 each week? Please stop it—I'm a mom of 5 and need that money for food. Stop taking $49 every week. Thanks. You’ve charged me $49 every week twice now. I’ve sent a screenshot showing the $49 deductions. Please refund it as I have 5 kids to support.
