I SIGNED UP AND DID NOT GET any new user code. SU15 didnt work. Was there a limit? If yes, this should be clear. Also, the site said first time buyers gets 10% off, but I couldnt use it. I had to use SEPT10 to get a discount. The final total didn`t show until I put all info, which was very annoyng, because I had no idea what I would pay

I found their site by chance and saw some of the nicest joggers around, with good prices. They have a solid choice of Carhartt stuff too. The $53 shipping fee was high, but I saw in tiny print that I was close to free shipping, so I grabbed another item. Now just waiting for it to arrive.

I intended to add items worth $15 more for free shipping, avoiding a $20 shipping fee. Unfortunately, the immediate purchase didn't allow this adjustment. Hoping for a smoother checkout process next time, as the missed discount and shipping cost were disappointing aspects of an otherwise promising shopping experience.

I didn’t get a chance to use my discount code before the order went through. The previous step said I could enter it later, but when I clicked on PayPal, I didn’t see another chance to put in my discount code. Aside from that, everything was fine.

Disappointing Service & Zero Communication

I placed an order with Cotosen and paid weeks ago, yet my order still hasn’t shipped. There has been no clear communication about delivery dates at all. I’ve reached out several times asking for an update or estimated shipping timeline, but the replies I received were vague and unhelpful. This was my first time ordering from Cotosen, and it will also be my last. I will review the product if it ever arrives, but so far the service has been extremely disappointing. At this point, I’m honestly questioning whether the 5-star reviews are genuine. I really hope this company is legitimate, but lesson learned.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Looks like fake goods. The stuff in the pictures looks way better than what you actualy get. Feels like low quality Polyester, no washing info, and a fake Carhartt tag thrown on. Just bad. Return process is a mess. They offer £12 back on a £40 item and act like that’s fair. TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Purchased a Carhart coat from them December 😡 19th still have not received coat reached out for assistance for a refund and nothing they are almost non existent no address or additional information And looks like Im out 85 bucks I feel bad for the people who have spent hundreds of dollars I hope karma catches up to these a***

If I could give zero stars instead of 1 star I would. Worst experience I've ever had. Slow delivery, over priced knock offs. And when I attempt to return its like communicating with a broken chat bot. Save your time and your money and NEVER order from Cotosen. I wish websites like this couldn't exist

Horrible products.

Horrible products. They don't do what they're supposed to do, and the quality is so bad it’s worse than cheap knockoffs. They never respond to problems and don’t offer refunds. All they do is send you a bunch of nonsense claiming they care about complaints.

I should have looked this company up for scam before I purchased. I got cheap made in china products that were not what I ordered, looked nothing like what I ordered. Total scam. Money down the drain. Do NOT order from this company. What a sad joke!!

Ik heb daar een suède jack besteld maar kreeg een lelijke andere jas toegestuurd, gevraagd om het juiste te sturen maar die hadden ze niet meer, geld teug gevraagd maar dat deden ze alleen als ik dat lelijke jack teruggestuurd had waarvoor ik 30 euro aan verzendkosten moest betalen voor een fout die cotosen maakt. na 3 maanden heen en weer gemaild willen ze mij geld niet terug geven, daarom koop daar niet, oplichters zijn het
