    I really liked the program, it only took 15 mins

    I really liked the program, it only took 15 mins of your day and I started feeling much better, something I never got from regular PT. Receiving the daily emails was also very useful.

    I’m 36 years old and began having lower back pain

    I’m 36 years old and began having lower back pain when I was 34. I have stage 2 spondylolisthesis on my L4 and L5 and some early arthritis in my Si joints. The pain was really bad, and I was almost ready to get surgery. I started looking for a natural treatment because I didn’t want surgery at a young age. I went to Mexico for stem cell therapy and PRP, and while it helped, I was still not fully better and was in some pain. Then I found CBT. I liked the program a lot. The daily videos were helpful. I enjoyed learning new exercises, understanding my condition, how to reduce pain, how to strengthen my core, and how to improve my form daily at work. Ryan’s explanation of the posterior pelvic tilt should be taught in schools. Overall, I recommend this program to anyone. The price was a bit high, but there’s no price I wouldn’t pay to feel better. Hopefully, more people discover this program and the price can be lowerd.

    I have been dealing with stenosis at L4, L5

    I have been dealing with stenosis at L4, L5, and have had the dull pain and numbness for over 3 years. Dr. Ryan’s program has been very helpful to me. I feel much less pain when I walk and can enjoy some hiking again, something I couldn't do for a few years. I’m not completely pain-free, but I’m able to walk more, and that’s a big improvement for me. I hope more people get the chance to benefit from this program.

    good coaching, clunky signup

    The training philosophy pages are well written and the session booking calendar is clear. Registration took longer than it should due to a form error, but a refresh fixed it. Instructions for first session prep were helpful, especially gear suggestions. Slight learning curve on rescheduling rules, otherwise smooth.

    I couldn’t fit this program into my daily routine

    I couldn’t fit this program into my daily routine, really wish I could start lessons whenever I want. It’s hard to find time that matches their set schedule. I think having more flexiblity would help a lot for people like me. The lessons seem good, but the timing just doesn’t work well with my day.
