    At 61, I found myself struggling to do the things I enjoy, like painting, staining, gardening, or playing with my 3 young grandsons. Almost everything I tried was so painful. The idea of spending the next 20+ years like this was just as bad as the pain itself. I researched causes and treatments online, reading tons of information. I tried chiropractic care, but they said it was likely a "female issue" related to my kidneys. That’s when I saw Core Balance Training popping up on my Facebook and decided to give it a try. What stood out was that I wasn’t alone in dealing with this pain, and there seemed to be a way to fix it. So, I signed up, thinking things couldn’t get any worse. The first few weeks were a bit slow, and I wanted faster results. I thought the program was moving too slowly. By week 3, I started trusting the process and realized that the pain didn’t come overnight, so it wouldn’t go away that quickly. By week 4, I noticed small improvements and understood the importance of sticking with the pace. After 2 months, I felt a lot better and even looked forward to the daily emails. Now, after finishing my third month (with a certificate!), I’m back doing many things I love. Am I totally pain-free? Not yet. But I feel I'm on the right track. The thought of living 20+ more years doesn’t scare me anymore, and I’m so happy to crawl on the floor and play with my grandsons again! Thank you, Dr. Peebles!

    I was dealing with bad pain in my back, SI joint, pyriformis

    I was dealing with bad pain in my back, SI joint, pyriformis, and a sharp nerve pain down one leg. While I was trying to get x-rays from an orthopedic doctor and different Lyme tests, I needed to find moves I could learn to help ease the pain. My twin sister (very sporty!) told me about CBT. Most of the small core moves were new to me, even though I’ve been active all my life. The slow steps made it easier for me to get the right technique. When I added physical therapy, knowing CBT basics helped me understand what to do with their exercises. Thanks to positive tests from IGeneX, starting Ivermectin early, and some herbs, plus now a mix of antibiotics and anti-malarials, I’m about 95% better. I’m still doing CBT to keep improving and practicing. The exercises are getting harder and work many muscles and balance.

    I really enjoyed this program!

    I really enjoyed this program! My sciatica pain has improved a lot, and while I needed some extra help from an osteopath and bodyworker to adjust my pelvis, this program really supported that and helped me keep up the progress. The daily emails were a great motivator, keeping me on track even when I had busy days. I’ve become more aware of my body and built a stronger connection to my core. The focus on mindfulness was particularly helpful. Moving with purpose and focusing on small changes has made a big difference for me. This change has been both physical and mental, and I’m sure the tools and exercises I’ve learned will continue to benefit me in the future. In conclusion, this program was better than I thought, and I’m really happy I gave it a try!

    Core Balance Training gave me a chance for a healthier future. This is not a program to rush through. If you are willing to give your full effort for 15 minutes each day with the methods that are shown and also make time to walk in Phase II, you will notice changes and feel less discomfort. I practiced it twice a day and got 75% less pain after Phase II. Some days I feel no pain at all, while before I felt pain every single day and night with no relief. This training will remain with you for a lifetime of healthy movement and a stonger lifestyle. It teaches you how to train your body to move the way we should have before bad habits formed during a tough life. I am very gratefull.

    I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my core, back, and glutes since starting this program. I felt comfortable doing all the exercises because Dr. Peebles understands back issues like mine. I had a spinal fusion in January 2024, and I was concerned with other programs since they included movements that I was told to stay away from. When I discovered CBT online, everything clicked. I spent time watching Dr. Peebles’ videos and tried a few exercises before committing to the full program. His clear instructions on how to do each exercise and stretch correctly, as well as tips on walking, sitting, and standing, were very useful. I’m really grateful for Dr. Peebles and his program.

    Core Balance Training was an amazing experience

    Core Balance Training was an amazing experience and really opened my eyes to weaknesses in my core and hips I never noticed before. I had constant pain in my low back and hips for over 20 years, and it was starting to affect things I enjoy like surfing and walking. I tried many methods with little success, but with Core Balance Training I felt relief from the first session. By the end of the program I could surf and do everything I love without pain. I feel stronger, more flexible, and more aware of my body, and it seems like the program helps for long-term health, not just short-term relief. I’m very greatful.

    I am 66 years old and have struggled with lower back pain for over five years. I tried several treatments, but nothing gave me lasting relief. A few months ago, I decided to join Core Balance Online Training, and I have just finished the program. Now, for the first time in many years, I experience pain-free days, and it’s such a relief.     I have bad arthritis in both hips

    I have bad arthritis in both hips and lower back (many back surgeries for discs and stenosis). I keep active and exercise every day, as I have all my life and still do at 66. Even with my activity, my hip and back pain was strong and limited my movement. CBT helped a lot! I finished the program and stayed a few months as an alum. I keep doing the daily exercises and I am active and mostly pain free. I hope to come back as an alum when money allows. I really recomend CBT and Ryan to anyone, especially with back or hip problems.

    I had some improvement with my back pain while working with my local PT, but it was still an issue, especially after workouts & when trying to sleep. After finishing Core Balance Training, my back pain is mostly gone. Just a small flare up once in a while. At first, the program felt a bit slow, but it really does help. The company replies fast to any messages you send and gives plenty of reminders about upcoming payments, so you have time to cancel if needed and dont get caught off guard. Good program.

    Just when I thought there was no way to properly fix my back...I stumbled across core balance training. I can't believe how detached we become from these deep core muscles to the point were slight movements seem difficult at the beginning. Even after a life as a professional dancer. I am half way through course and taking my time. This information is priceless and once you know it..you know it. Thank you all CBT staff. They're always an email or message away and always respond quickly.🙌👍

    It was a final attempt to get help for my back pain. I had tried almost everything else with no luck. Finding Dr Ryan and his CBT team on YouTube felt like a true blessing.     The CBT program really helped me lower my SI

    The CBT program really helped me lower my SI joint pain and made walking easier with my core active. My knee pain also went down while moving. The program is very clear and the lessons are detailed. Responses to questions are fast and very useful. All is handled professionally and with care, and the excersises are good for long-term use. Really happy with the results and I will suggest this program to anyone struggling with back pain.

    Dr. Ryan's carefully thought out program that shows the back anatomy and muscles. This helped me see the value of core muscle training for supporting and building the back. Good posture matters. Regular online check-ins kept me informed and I picked up new advice on back care and core muscle growth.     This program is legit.

    This program is legit. Speaking as someone who had to get to the bottom of his back and core troubles. I'm nearly done with all the lessons and each time I go through the moves, my core tightens up and my posture changes big time – even makes me a bit taller. It’s not some cheap copy, but man, the effort and planning behind this is worth the money more than once. Deffinitely worth it.

    The Core Balance Training team is helpful, quick to reply, and motivating. It’s definitely worth the effort. At last, I feel like I have real back relief after many years of pain.     You begin right at the beggining.

    You begin right at the beggining. It's like re-learning how to move, first fixing how you sit and stand, then using that to help with walking and other stuff. I had no clue my soreness had anything to do with how my hips were lined up, but turns out that was the problem. Grateful for a system that helps me listen to what my body needs.

    Stay with this program!

    Stay with this program! It needs patience, so Dr Ryan’s advice to focus on the main ideas is very helpful. I kept on track for three months, but I needed 2 more months to reach a good point! I still have work ahead, but now I see what really helps, and it’s this progrm!

    I was diagnosed with spondylothethesis and couldn’t walk more than 10 minutes without back pain. After finishing the program I can now walk 2.5 miles daily without discomfort. I feel stronger and pay more attention to my posture now. I really recomend this training!
