Spoke to Jasmine today who was very nice to talk with and so helpful as she put in my criteria to see which masks are recommended for me and she gave me three. She asked if I breath through my nose or my mouth and do I sleep on my sides, back or am I an active sleeper. She's very knowledgable on masks. She's a great listener as well and really tries to help a person find the best mask for restful sleep. She also told me the new F & P Solo comes in a Fitpack for the same price as what it costs if you just ordered a particular size. So that is grate to know.

More companies need customer service reps like Charlsie. She was really good, knew what was wrong with my order, and fixed it. Charlsie had to ask her boss, but she called back quick and got my order in. Now, I'm happy with the company.

I had a positive encounter with 1800cpap. The pricing was reasonable, and the delivery of my new machine was prompt. The process of coordinating with my doctor for the prescription was smooth, thanks to the assistance provided by Ashley. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from them.

I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service I received after returning a defective machine I purchased less than 8 months ago, at my own expense. Despite the machine clearly being faulty, they denied my refund or exchange, claiming it was in working order. As a long-time CPAP user, this left me in a difficult situation, forcing me to purchase a replacement urgently. The lack of service and warranty support is appalling. I regret my purchase and advise others to avoid this company, as they now possess both my defective machine and my money.
