My experience with this company's customer service aligns with the negative reviews, particularly regarding the retrieval of my merchandise ordered over 5 weeks ago. The absence of a phone number and chat support adds to the frustration, while the so-called "Happiness Team" fails to respond to emails promptly or address customer concerns. My order for 2 dog tags on January 24, 2024, was confirmed on 1/26, with the charge promptly reflected on my credit card. Upon inquiring about the delayed order on 2/16, I received a response the same day, attributing the delay to an address issue. After confirming the address, I was asked to rate the "HAPPINESS TEAM," to which I expressed my inability to do so due to the lack of resolution and communication. No further response was received. Despite my follow-up on 2/26, as of 3/3, there has been no response from the company. To address the persistent issue, I have involved my credit card company for an investigation and charge removal. This experience reflects a clear disregard for customer satisfaction, and I would advise seeking alternative sources for pet needs to avoid similar inconveniences.

Ordered a dog tag for Luna three weeks

Ordered a dog tag for Luna three weeks ago. Unfortunately, it faced address issues and was returned twice. Despite emailing them thrice, the response was delayed. The second shipment encountered the same problem. While other companies deliver seamlessly, this experience has been disappointing. A refund was promised, but after a week and a half, it's yet to materialize, with no cancellation email. Regrettably, their lack of a phone number compounds the frustrating customer service. Future purchases with them are out of the question.

TERRIBLE customer service experience.

TERRIBLE customer service experience. Rated zero stars if possible. Ordered a dog tag with the name NELLIE, but it defaulted to BAILEY. Contacted support within 2 minutes, got a response assuring cancellation for reorder. Despite expressing gratitude and requesting confirmation, they never replied, never canceled the order, and didn't refund. Total radio silence. Will never buy from them again, and spreading the word to steer clear.

Love the dog tags—very good quality and nice looking

Love the dog tags—very good quality and nice looking (swap out the circular piece it comes with, it caught on our carpet when dogs played around). Love the chew/toothbrushes. They're really good and I'm getting more.
