    I've been trying to get

I've been trying to get some help with a simple question, but it's been a nightmare. Every time I call, they just transfer me around departments and then the system hangs up on me. I've tried four times already. We have their system in our Canadian café and were thinking about getting it for our other locations, but now I'm not so sure. Their customer service is just terrible. It's frustrating because the system itself is great, but if you can't get help when you need it, what's the point? This experience has definitely made me rethink our plans.

It's just not worth the hassle

I used to think this company was pretty good, but boy, was I wrong. Everything was fine until something went wrong. Then it was like pulling teeth to get any help. Simple tasks became nightmares, and they never owned up to their mistakes. I had to switch providers because they just couldn’t get their act together. Even then, they had the nerve to charge exit fees, despite their lousy service that put my financial data at risk. Be careful, they lure you in with low fees but lock you into a 36 to 48-month rental. It's just not worth the hassle.

    I've been dealing with

Man, I've been dealing with hardware issues on my Clover Duo for six months now. The customer service is no help at all. They offered me a new device, but they want me to pay again for it! That’s just ridiculous. They promised an upgraded Duo system, but then the sales team backtracked and said they can't do that. What a mess! Do I need to go to the Better Business Bureau or even court? Or should I just ditch Clover altogether? This experience is so frustrating, and it’s really making me question if sticking with Clover is worth the hassle.

    I was trying to cancel

I was trying to cancel my service plan, and it turned into a bit of a saga. First, I had to chat on the dashboard page, then got directed to call a number. Talking to the first number, they connected me to another one, who said they'd contact my bank. The bank, however, said they couldn’t stop the payments. I ended up making the bank an administrator on my dashboard and now I'm just waiting to see if they can cancel the service plan. It's been a couple of hours dealing with this mess. Honestly, it's been a real headache and a huge hassle.

    I have no clue how

I have no clue how this company is still running. We've used their POS system for years without much issue, but recently we had to switch bank accounts. So, we tried to update our bank info with them, gave them everything they asked for—a letter from the bank on official letterhead and even a check with our name on it. But nope, they said it's not enough. This has been dragging on for weeks now, and they're telling us we can't even update the information on the terminal. It's so frustrating and a huge waste of time. Not impressed at all.

I went to buy a system for my retail shop, and the salesperson assured me it would handle everything I needed. But turns out, it was far from true. Most of the essential tasks they promised required an extra app and a subscription fee. When I called tech support, all they suggested was to restart the system. Then, I tried to cancel the service, but no one got back to me. I was left hanging until I noticed another charge on my bank statement. Honestly, it’s been a frustrating experience, and I feel like I’ve been misled from the start.

    So I've been a customer

So I've been a customer for 12 years, but I had to switch systems because my gas station changed brands. They promised closing the account would take 3-4 business days, but they shut it down on the second day, mid-day. This caused my system to stop working, and I lost a batch worth $691.61. Called them over 20 times, got transferred to five or six different departments each time, had to repeat my whole story again and again. It’s just infuriating. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, ever. The customer service was a nightmare.

    I had the most frustrating

I had the most frustrating experience with Clover. Apparently, they don’t monitor their support email. Why have it then? I had a dispute and tried to challenge it online, but their system errors wouldn’t let me. Customer support told me to call or use a fax machine. A fax machine? In 2025? People are going to space for fun, and Clover wants me to hunt down a fax machine. I’ve got a business to run and no time to waste. Because of their system errors, I couldn't challenge the dispute in time, and now it's expired. Ridiculous.

    I've been trying to close

I've been trying to close my account for months, but it's been a nightmare. Loads of emails back and forth, and still, the account remains open. It's so frustrating. To make matters worse, they keep calling me to upgrade my terminal, even though I sent it back last September. It feels like they are not even listening. Every time I think we're getting somewhere, it's back to square one. I'm just tired of this endless loop and really want it sorted out for good. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever.

    I gotta tell you, dealing

I gotta tell you, dealing with this company has been a nightmare. They just took money from my account without any warning. It's like they think they can just help themselves to my hard-earned cash. My company is out hundreds of dollars because of them. I’ve even had to report them to the BBB and the Practice Act Association. I can't believe they can get away with this kind of stuff. It's so frustrating, and honestly, it feels like they’re just a bunch of crooks. I really hope they get exposed for what they’re doing.

Be careful if you’re considering them

I thought it was going fine with them for two years, but then things got messy. Out of nowhere, they started charging an extra $50 a month. I didn't pay much attention, figured it was a small mistake. But then, last month, it jumped to $300! And this month? A whopping $2000 vanished from my account. Tried to get answers, but every person I spoke to gave me a different story. Fees, they say, but can't explain what for. It's just lies on top of lies. Lost all trust in them. Be careful if you’re considering them.

I placed an order at my favorite local restaurant, only to be charged three times for it. I only got one order of food, but my debit card was hit with three separate charges the next morning. When I went back to the restaurant, they admitted I only placed one order but refused to refund the extra charges. To make matters worse, there's no way to contact Clover to sort this mess out. I’m so frustrated and out of pocket. Avoid ordering through this site at all costs, it's not worth the hassle!

    I had a pretty rough

I had a pretty rough experience with this company. I decided to cancel my account, thinking it would be a smooth process. But, out of nowhere, they slapped me with two separate charges, each just under £500. When I tried to get some clarity or see the contracts, they just ignored me. Time kept ticking, and they kept adding more charges. I ended up paying because I was worried they’d keep piling on the fees. It felt really unfair and dishonest. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

Man, what a nightmare! I was on hold for over 40 minutes, just trying to get some answers. The sales rep totally misled me about what the system could do, promising it would meet all my business needs. After realizing it didn't, I reached out to multiple departments, hoping for a solution. They all promised callbacks that never came. It's been such a frustrating experience, and now I'm thinking about getting a lawyer involved. Feels like a complete scam. Buyer beware!

I had the worst experience with Clover. They took money out of my account without my approval. Then they had the nerve to hold my credit card deposits, claiming I owed them money. It was a nightmare. Their customer service was terrible too, not helpful at all and kept giving me the runaround. Honestly, I've never dealt with a company so bad. If you're considering using Clover, think twice. They are scammers and will mess with your finances. Avoid them at all costs.

I signed up with their service last week, needing the equipment by Tuesday. They assured me it would arrive by Thursday. Well, it's Monday and guess what? No hardware. I'm getting really frustrated and worried now. I can't believe they haven't sent it yet. I keep checking my email and tracking info, but there's nothing. I don't know what to do if it doesn't come in time. This is really messing up my plans, and I'm pretty angry about it. I expected better from them.

    I just had the most

I just had the most frustrating experience with customer service. Called multiple times, each time got hung up on or transferred to the wrong department. Nobody seems to know anything, and I kept explaining my issue over and over. After all that, they just sent me a PDF and told me to figure it out myself. Not helpful at all, just wasted a lot of time. Feels like they don't care about their customers at all. Definitely not recommending this to anyone.

    It's not worth the hassle

Man, dealing with Clover has been a nightmare for my clothing shop. They lure you into a lease with promises, but what you get is super basic equipment. I had to spend extra for apps just to make it functional. Their inventory tracking is so outdated, I can’t even set up detailed categories or sizes properly. And customer service? Practically non-existent. Once you're in that lease, they go silent. Avoid Clover if you can, it's not worth the hassle.

    Frustrating experience

I had a frustrating experience trying to close my dormant account. After two years of inactivity, I finally dug up my login details. But instead of a smooth process, they kept asking for more and more information. It felt like they were just dragging it out to keep charging me fees. Feels like they're doing it on purpose to squeeze out every last penny. So annoying and a waste of time. Seriously, just let me close the account without all the hassle!

    Man, dealing with this payment

Man, dealing with this payment processor was such a hassle. We run a catering business, so all our transactions happen over the phone. These guys charged us so many different fees that our average processing cost shot up to 4.47%. It's way higher than what Square charges. By the end of it, we realized we overpaid by $2120 compared to if we had just stuck with Square. Totally not worth it. We feel ripped off and honestly, their service just sucks.

    I had an awful experience

I had an awful experience with Clover. After canceling their merchant service, I kept getting billed for months. When I finally noticed, I contacted their support, and they promised a partial refund. Guess what? No refund at all! I spent hours on the phone just to get them to agree to that partial refund, which never came. It feels like they just scammed me. I’m definitely avoiding Clover for any of my future business needs. What a nightmare!

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with my clover device backup battery today. Out of nowhere, it just stopped working, and there was absolutely no way to fix it. I had no choice but to buy a new one and handle cash transactions in the meantime. Seriously, what’s the deal with technology these days? It’s so frustrating to be left high and dry like that. It’s really disappointing how they can mess with customers like this. Happy Hydro Stl.

I've been using their services for decades, and when I finally sold my business and tried to cancel, they just kept charging me. Ended up with a $500 bill and then got sent to collections. It was like their departments don’t even communicate with each other. Such a mess. It's so frustrating dealing with a company that's this disorganized. Honestly, if you're looking for a credit card service, I'd suggest going somewhere else.

I spent over 2 hours trying to fix a simple alert on my dashboard. They kept forwarding me to different people, and I talked to 6 different folks. The 7th person just hung up on me. I can't believe I wasted all that time and still didn't get the problem resolved. It's super frustrating to be passed around like that and then just be cut off without any help. Dealing with this company was a nightmare. Called them for help and ended up on the phone for over an hour, just getting transferred from one person to another. Nobody knew how to fix my issue. I've spent the last couple of days trying to get our Clover system sorted out, calling support over and over again. Every single time, they asked me the same questions, then passed me off to another department. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing.
