    Dealing with this merchant was

Dealing with this merchant was a disaster. As a small business owner, I expected better. I’ve had smoother experiences with other services like Square. The reps here were a joke – super unprofessional and not transparent at all. One rep didn't even bother to explain all the sneaky hidden fees. Ended up with almost $200 in charges for absolutely no usage. And then they had the audacity to report it on my credit. The whole experience was frustrating and stressful. If you’re looking for a reliable merchant, definitely steer clear of this one. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

    I've been using Clover's Duo

I've been using Clover's Duo Station for three years now, and it's been a frustrating journey. In that time, I've had to replace the monitors and cables twice, essentially replacing the entire system each time. Currently, the system's down again, and tech support says I need to replace the cables yet again. If that doesn't work, it looks like I'll be swapping out the monitors for a third time. Clover needs to offer more reliable equipment. If things don't improve, their slight price advantage over competitors won't matter much. Reliability should be a priority, not just low rates.

    It's disappointing

You know, I've been with Clover for nearly a decade, and things were going fine until about three years ago. Our terminal broke down, and since it was out of warranty, Clover sent us a replacement. But here's the catch—it was a 2018 model. At first, I thought, "Okay, no big deal." But now, they're charging us $100 monthly because they stopped updating the old model. They're nudging us to buy a new one. It's frustrating to feel cornered like this after being a loyal customer for so long. I've decided to switch to Square instead. It's disappointing how things turned out with Clover.

    I’ve been having a rough

I’ve been having a rough time with Clover lately. They hold onto our funds for up to 3 days before finally depositing them, which is really frustrating. And don’t get me started on their customer service – it’s a nightmare. I’m currently dealing with them, and it feels like they’re showing different close out amounts on their end compared to what I see. It’s like they’re hiding money or something. I’m just trying to run my business smoothly, but this whole experience with Clover is making it super difficult. Wish they would be more transparent and quicker with handling our funds.

    Man, dealing with Clover has

Man, dealing with Clover has been such a nightmare. My Clover Mini went haywire after just a couple of years. Imagine losing $9,000 in transactions and not seeing a dime in your account! I tried getting help, but the customer support is a joke. Clover's team keeps passing the buck to CardPointe, and CardPointe points the finger right back at Clover. It's like a never-ending loop of frustration. Seriously, save yourself the stress and look for another option. This whole experience has been nothing but a headache. Avoid Clover at all costs if you value your sanity and your money.

    I walked into this thinking

I walked into this thinking I'd get a great deal, but wow, was I wrong! The service was just not what I expected; it felt like they were just trying to squeeze every penny out of me. I mean, fees popped up that weren't even mentioned when I signed the contract. It was frustrating, to say the least. The support team? Almost impossible to reach and when I did, they weren't much help. It's like dealing with a bunch of sharks who have no intention of delivering what they promised. I really hope others don't make the same mistake I did. Save your money and look elsewhere, seriously!

    I got this weird text

I got this weird text from a guy wanting to place a big order for my small business, but he said his credit card wouldn’t work with my payment processor. He kept pushing me to sign up with Clover instead. We texted from morning till early afternoon – about 4 hours – and he kept saying he was out of town and his wife was in the hospital for chemo. Honestly, the whole thing felt really shady. Why would no other payment processor work except Clover? It didn’t make sense, and it felt like a scam. Clover's system feels like a piece of junk if they need to resort to these tactics.

    I tried using this company

I tried using this company to open my new business, and it turned into a total nightmare. Spent countless hours on the phone trying to get things set up, but nothing ever worked right. They just couldn't get their act together, it was one problem after another. Talk about a headache! I'm so fed up, I’m definitely switching to Square Pay as soon as possible. If you're thinking about using this company, do your research first! It's been a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish. Don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

    I’ve been dealing with this

I’ve been dealing with this company for three days now, trying to sort out getting a new machine. It's been a nightmare. Getting in touch with someone feels impossible. My rep? No call back. Tried the chat option, and they just tossed me an 800 number that led nowhere. It’s like yelling into a void. All I want is some actual help from a real person, but that seems too much to ask. If this is how they treat customers, I'm not sure I want to stick around. Service like this makes everything feel like a hassle. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone who values their time or sanity.

Dealing with Clover has been a nightmare

Man, dealing with Clover has been a nightmare. I returned their machine ages ago, but they kept charging me for services on a device I didn't even have. My business closed down, yet they insisted I pay for three more years of their service! It's been over two years now, and out of nowhere, I get an email demanding money. It's absurd! How can they expect payment when my business doesn’t even exist anymore? I would never recommend Clover to anyone. Their customer service is non-existent and they just want your money, even when you’re done with them. Avoid them at all costs!

Honestly, dealing with this company was a real headache. I tried to get a return label three times for sending back this clover thing, but it felt like talking to a wall. No one got back to me, and it was beyond frustrating. It's like customer service just doesn’t exist for them. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone, not even as a last resort. You think you're getting a product, but you're really signing up for a bunch of hassle. If you value your time and peace of mind, steer clear. There are definitely better options out there. Just not worth the stress at all.

    I came across a weird

I came across a weird charge on my credit card from Clover, a company I hadn’t heard of before. Decided to call them up to figure out what was going on. The first guy I spoke to had such a thick Spanish accent, I couldn't make out a word he said, so I just hung up. Tried calling again, hoping for better luck, but got another Spanish-speaking associate. He wanted my customer number, which I obviously didn’t have. Then he asked for my bank account number, which felt super sketchy. So, I hung up again. Felt really uneasy about the whole situation. Not sure if I trust them.

    It's been a huge letdown

I've got to share this frustrating experience with this merchant service provider. When dealing with chargebacks, even after sending all the necessary documents, they just couldn't manage to defend us at all. It seems like if the cardholder keeps pushing, they just take the money from our account and close the case without any real help. Isn't the whole point of having a merchant service provider to protect us from stuff like this? I really can't recommend them to other businesses. It's been a huge letdown, and you'd be better off looking elsewhere for reliable support.

    Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. They've been calling me every single day with some automated message, and there's never anyone to actually talk to. When I try to call back, it's a mess. They can't even transfer me to the right department. And don't get me started on the bills—I've received the same one multiple times. The worst part? When I finally get someone on the phone, they barely speak English, so nothing gets resolved. It's just been a frustrating cycle with no end in sight. I feel like I'm dealing with a third-party company that doesn't care at all. Just awful.

    I had a pretty rough

I had a pretty rough time with Clover as my payment processor. First off, their customer service is just awful. Long wait times and the responses I got were mostly useless. Every time I expected a deposit, it was delayed. And let's talk about their equipment – it’s way too expensive and once you get it, you're stuck with them. Switching providers became a hassle. The cherry on top? The sales rep promised me some rebates, but those never came through. Seriously, if you're thinking about using Clover, you might want to reconsider. It’s been nothing but a headache for me.

    Avoid them

I gotta tell ya, dealing with this company has been a nightmare. You think you're signing up for a good deal, but boy, was I wrong. They promised one thing but did another, taking way more money than we agreed on. Every time I tried to sort it out, they just gave me the runaround. Promises to fix things, sure, but I never saw a dime returned. It's been nothing but stress and frustration. If you're thinking about doing business with them, seriously, think again. It's been a total mess, and I wouldn't wish this headache on anyone. Avoid them if you can, trust me on this.

    I thought I'd finally found

I thought I'd finally found a decent service, but boy was I wrong. First, they make you jump through hoops just to open an account, and then they hit you with charges you never agreed to. Tried to get some answers and ended up on hold forever. When I finally got through, the person on the other end had no clue what was going on. Asked to speak to a supervisor, but that call was a dead end too. They just hung up without explaining a thing. Feeling pretty frustrated and cheated right now. Definitely not what I signed up for. Please be cautious dealing with this company.

    I’ve been with Clover for

I’ve been with Clover for 3 years and every time I need help, it’s a nightmare. I called recently and got transferred 3 times for a simple question. Each person I talked to seemed as lost as I was. Paying a monthly fee for this so-called customer service is just too much when it doesn’t actually help. I always end up figuring things out myself. Clover really needs to improve their service. The reps also sound frustrated, which doesn’t help at all. Seriously Clover, step up your game and make your customer service more effective. We need solutions, not more headaches.

    I've had a really frustrating

I've had a really frustrating experience with this company. I was set up with the wrong account by a sales rep, which ended up costing me over $1,000. When I tried to fix the issue, they just kept redirecting me to the general customer service line, where I couldn't get any real help. It feels like I'm just going in circles. No matter how many times I call, they keep charging my account, and it's like there's no way to stop it. It's been a nightmare, and I just want this resolved, but it seems like no one is willing to step up and take responsibility for the mistake.

    You know how sometimes you're

You know how sometimes you're just going about your day and then, bam, surprise charges on your account? Well, that’s what happened to me. I never signed up for anything, but there they were, lurking in my account. Maybe it was from a past purchase, but still, I got overcharged. After reading other people's stories, it seems like this isn’t just a one-off thing—it's like, their usual way of doing business or something. So, if you spot them in your transactions, I'd say be cautious. Just sharing my experience here, hoping it helps someone avoid the same hassle.

    Very disappointing service

I recently had a really frustrating experience with this company. For two days straight, we couldn't process payments at our restaurant. I spent over an hour on the phone with their customer service, but they were absolutely no help. One rep even put me on hold for so long that I had to hang up. I asked if they could waive the merchant fees since we had to process cards manually, but they flat out refused. They also told me I'd need to buy a new payment screen, even though ours is only three years old. Overall, very disappointing service and lack of support.

    I was really frustrated

I was really frustrated over the weekend when I needed to access the service, but the server was down. It's like they have no clue about their own issues. I work weekends, and having no support available then is a real pain. Trying to report the problem was another headache because you have to log in to leave a message, but you can't log in when the server's down. There's no phone number or live chat option to help you out. It felt like being stranded without a lifeline. It's a bit disappointing, especially when you're relying on them to get your work done.

Clover has really disappointed me. Their communication is terrible, and their customer service is even worse. I've been calling them for three days straight to resolve an issue about money they collected for me, but no one is willing to help. The person who tricked me into signing up with sweet promises is now telling me to deal with it myself. I got tricked into buying

I got tricked into buying this Clover POS thing, and it's been a nightmare. They sneak in this "subscription" fee that you can't get out of, even if you don't want the device anymore. Leasing it ends up costing more than $1,000, plus interest. And guess what? There's this hidden four-year subscription that costs another $1,000! You can't cancel it, even if you return the device. So, if you break your lease, the company gets a new device and your money. If you’re starting a new business, avoid Clover POS. It’s just not worth all the hidden costs and stress.

    I've been using the Clover

I've been using the Clover system and it works really well – it’s pretty solid. But there's this annoying issue where they keep taking extra money. When you try to get it back, you just get shuffled around from one support person to another with no real help. It's super frustrating and wastes a lot of time. I do love how the system itself operates, but the customer service is practically non-existent. It’s like there’s no way to actually stop them from taking your money. Definitely considering switching to a different POS processor by the end of the year.

    Customer support is a nightmare

I run a small business and use Clover for transactions, but their customer support is a nightmare. I tried to get help with an issue, but they wouldn't talk to me because an ex-employee is still listed as the contact. I've fired her, yet they expect her to call and update the info. It's ridiculous! Handling big transactions should come with reliable support, but Clover just doesn't deliver. Their system is frustrating and feels like a waste of time and money. Definitely look elsewhere for merchant services if you value your sanity and business efficiency.

My mom got totally duped by this company. She thought she was getting a small device, but they sent her this massive machine she didn't need or want. They tricked her over the phone, and now they're ignoring her calls. She's asked for shipping labels to return it, but they won't send them. Instead, they're threatening to charge us this ridiculous fee we just can't afford. We're struggling to make ends meet, and this is just too much. To make matters worse, they sent me a used device with someone else's business credit card transactions still on it. And the cherry on top? I've called them, sent letters, but it's like talking to a wall. I haven't had any charges on that account for six years since I switched to a different processor.
