Company gave good service overall. They were thorough with application and call. Staff were friendly. However, had trouble paying loan online due to tech issue. Had to pay extra interest. Hoping to resolve by phone tomorrow.

My initial experience with Cashfloat was positive when obtaining my first loan. However, after promptly repaying the first loan in full, my second loan application was unexpectedly denied. Despite no change in my circumstances, they declined to lend to me again. This inconsistency was disappointing, as it contradicted the positive image they portray. While the first loan transaction went smoothly, the subsequent denial left me dissatisfied. It's important for borrowers to be aware that the service may not consistently meet expectations, as evidenced by my experience.
