I signed up for Upromise around ten years back and use
by Anonymous

I signed up for Upromise around ten years back and use it whenever I can. 😅 Even though I use it infrequently, I’ve managed to save nearly $2,000. I have the funds automatically transferred to a 529 plan for my kids. It's really simple to use, and occasionally I find money that pops up from dining out at places I didn’t know offered Upromise perks. If I put in more effort, I could have earned even more. Every bit helps with college costs, and Upromise has basically covered four years of books and supplies. Definitely worth it!

The company's lack of a customer
by AE

The company's lack of a customer service phone number on their website and failure to address my issue is a significant drawback. The response time to my problem is disappointingly slow, creating a frustrating experience. Improvements in communication and prompt issue resolution are necessary for a better customer experience.

Saving for college with this company is straightforward.
by KA

Saving for college with this company is straightforward. It's good to have a way to save for 529 plans, although it would be nicer if the percentage was higher. The website could be more user-friendly. It used to link products to stores, which was more convenient than searching through stores for the product.

Contacting Upromise to update
by Robin W

Contacting Upromise to update my phone number was my main goal. The team responded promptly, but despite the email assurance, my online account still displays the outdated number.
