Lately, I’ve been using Tena products, which are manufactured in the USA and offer the support I need. I often compare prices, and although this may vary, Carewell stands out as the most affordable, with excellent delivery service. Additionally, I discovered other useful medical supplies through them. Happy to have found Carewell.

I help take care of my elderly dad and he uses the 10g boost shakes 24 pk. I've bought these for a long time. I was glad to find them on carewell and set up auto delivery and payment for less money. Then my bank blocked the payment cause it jumped from $50 to $110 without telling me. I asked if this was a mistake and if I could get money back, two diffrent people said NO and that prices change! Who pays $100 for boost shakes? If you just buy once it's fine. But if you try their saver plans you might get charged more like I was! really bad thing to do to people with limited income. not right at all.

Return policy

I bought diapers for my daughter who suffered two strokes and they are too small. Farewells return policy states they accept returns of diapers as long as they are unopened and in the original packaging yet they will not accept them as a return which is in direct contradiction of their own policy. They’ve lost a lot of business and will be reported for business fraud to th AG and BBB.

I would rate this company LESS than one star I typed ULTRA pads in the search bar and it showed many items I chose 3 different brands I tried one pad from each brand and they are TERRIBLE they will not accept returns DO NOT order from this COMPANY CAREWELL If I had bought them in a local store and didn’t like them and only used ONE pad they would give me full refund!

This company sells Duocal as "high calorie" with 492 calories PER SERVING. What they dont say is that 100 grams is the whole can and it costs $40. Each scoop gives only 25 calories so this is NOT a high calorie product! This is misleadng and dishonest! I will NOT buy from them again!

False advertising

This company promotes a product called Duocal, as a HIGH-CALORIE supplement . The can says it has 492 calories per serving, which is 100 grams. What they don't tell you is that a serving is the entire CAN!

Later, when I needed to update my payment method and called the billing department, another helpful woman assisted me. Unfortunately, my card wasn't accepted at first. However, she persisted and tried everything until finally my card was accepted and my order went through. Overall, it was a bit stressful, but I enjoyed speaking with these helpful young ladies.

Even though Medicaid would cover them, the incontinence products were causing skin issues as the diapers would burst, spreading gel beads everywhere despite regular changes, and the tabs often tore. The service and shipping speed from Carewell are very good. I appreciate having someone on the phone who can provide reliable answers and help. I will keep using Carewell.
