Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they remain unworn, unwashed and retain the original tags. Customers can use their own carrier or purchase the company’s return label for a flat $7 convenience fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Refund processing can take up to 30 days after the warehouse receives the returned merchandise. International orders are returnable but are not eligible for the same domestic exchange process, and return postage is paid by the customer.
