    I haven't faced many problems with this app. It's a bit annoying that I can't deposit cash or checks directly into my account. Today, though, I got a refund for an advance, but the app didn't give me the option for another one, even though I've been depositing money every week for the past month.

    The advance option with B9 is good! But the fee for the premium checking is $19.99 unless you deposit $5,000, which feels a bit high. Plus, there are extra charges for any cash app transfers, making me think about whether I want to keep the account open for too much longer.

    B9 offers good services overall!

    But the charge for premium checking is $19.99 unless you keep $5,000 in the account, which feels a bit high, plus there are extra fees for cash app transfers. Not sure if I want to keep the account open for much longer.

    I recently opened an account with B9 and transferred my direct deposit to the account. As I didn't have a physical B9 card yet, I used the digital card to transfer money to my Cash App, where I have a physical card. To my surprise, within three days, B9 charged me 19 fees, ranging from $2.50 to $8. Despite contacting them about these charges, they refused to refund the fees, stating that I should have read the fine print. This experience feels like a complete scam. With numerous other banks offering more without the excessive fees, I believe there are better alternatives to B9.

    A few months ago, I experienced a traumatic incident where I was assaulted and had my belongings stolen. I reported the incident to B9, expecting assistance and support. However, instead of helping me, they revoked my card and, despite having a premium membership, I am unable to transfer my check. This situation has left me stranded and unable to go home for the holidays. In my opinion, B9 is the worst bank app I've ever dealt with.
