    Poor product poor customer service

    I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the bathroom vanity and the customer service from Bathroom Mountain. The vanity failed within just one week of installation, which is completely unacceptable for a product that should last for years. After noticing the fault, I contacted Bathroom Mountain expecting them to stand behind their product and arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, they refused to replace the defective vanity and were unhelpful in resolving the issue. As a customer, I would expect a company to take responsibility when a product fails almost immediately after being installed, but that was not my experience. Poor product quality and even worse after-sales support. I would not recommend Bathroom Mountain based on my experience.
