I haven't got my policy

I haven't got my policy declaration yet. I talked to a rep twice to inform my mortgage and payments, but nothing happened. Now my mortgage says I don't have home insurance. I can't prove it, so I told my mortgage to ask Bamboo for proof, since I haven't got any. I'm not impressed so far.

The company, Bamboo, is really good! Noah, my insurance agent, did a fantastic job. After Farmers insurance dropped us, he quickly got us insured. Noah helped with California fire insurance and DIC insurance. He even worked late on a Sunday to assist us. Noah feels like family now.
