The company ain't so bad.

The company ain't so bad. I bought my first home in a tough insurance place, the gulf coast. My agent Damian was great. He helped me understand all the insurance stuff. I had some issues with my policy, but Damian fixed it fast and found me a new one quick. His options were cheapest after talking to lots of agencies. He knew a lot and helped me loads.

Bryce was really helpful, took care to address my problems finding insurance, helped me find an inspector and gave me a reasonable quote. As soon as I got my inspection report, he called me and set things in motion and I had a new policy within hours. He also walked me through the policy to make sure my concerns were addressed. Good service!

Absolutely terrible service. I tried to get a quote multiple times. Finally, today, I received a completely inappropriate text from Kemo Harnanan, who seemed utterly indifferent. Avoid this company at all costs!

I contacted this company for a quote earlier this year. The deductible they offered was much higher than what I currently have. They didn't tell me this upfront, which was frustrating. When I learned what the policy covered, it wasn't what I needed, and the deductible was too high for me. I decided not to proceed. When I told the agent I wasn't interested, they spoke to me disrespectfully. Later, I received a bill for a policy I never agreed to. They issued it without my consent, and now they're making it difficult for me to cancel it. Their business practices seem shady. Avoid dealing with them.

I'm really disappointed with

I'm really disappointed with the company. When I signed up for my policy, they asked for a deposit through ACH while my bank was sorting out the full payment from my escrow. Even though my bank sent the check back in January and my policy started on January 31st, I still haven't got my deposit refunded by March. I've tried calling them multiple times, but the system just hangs up on me. I haven't been able to talk to anyone at all. If this is how they handle simple refunds, I can't imagine what it would be like if I ever had to make a claim. It feels like nobody's there to help.
