Absolute Katastrophe

Absolute Katastrophe. Releases funktionieren nicht, schlechter Kundensupport. Ich stelle immer wieder neue Ding fest, die nicht funktionieren. Nach langem hin und her schreiben, werden diese dann mal langsam angegangen. Wahrscheinlich habe ich aber bei weitem nicht alles entdeckt, da ich nicht jeden Store überprüfe. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen als Distributor!

Extremely disappointed with Amuse. We have been using their service for a while and have encountered several issues that clearly demonstrate a complete lack of care and incompetence in their customer support. Having lost all trust in them, we decided to remove our music from their distribution service. They actually supported fake copyright claims against us, even after we provided clear evidence of our copyright ownership. Furthermore, they displayed significant ignorance regarding cover songs compared to other distributors we have worked with.

Hey folks, if you're using Suno AI, I recommend trying Distrokid and UmiJam/Eveara instead. Sadly, Amuse didn't approve a lot of my Suno tracks/releases (even though I was the songwriter/aHuman and the music had great quality). Distrokid was happy to distribute/upload/launch the same songs that Amuse rejected. I’m not happy with this.

For me it has been a good experience overall, they just need to add more promotional tools and some ai analytics tool, like suggesting which step to take to improve the artist work, and another thing is amuse can add Indian Distributing platform to boost artist reach.

Amuse has been a good choice for me over the years. The process is simple, and their customer support is solid. It’s convenient to upload music to major platforms and share on IG and TikTok. My only gripe is I wish they promoted music more effectively, like getting it on playlists.

Actually Amuse is a good music distribution

Actually Amuse is a good music distribution platform for individual artists and labels. Their service is good and worth the money. And I appreciate their customer service which is very nice. But I faced an issue with something. My OAC request didn't approve while YouTube sending me emails that I can get it in coming days, and I couldn't get it. And also there are some distribution services that you can get the Artist badge within 1 week. I think you should give it fast. I don't know what is the problem. But I think you will fix that issue too.

Ich habe so viel Herzblut in meine Musik gesteckt, viele persönliche Geschichten und Emotionen verarbeitet, um anderen Mut und Hoffnung zu geben. Unter dem Namen Luna Velvet habe ich in kürzester Zeit Tausende von Menschen erreicht, und dann das: Eine E-Mail informierte mich, dass alles gelöscht wurde, weil es angeblich zu sehr nach Elvis klang. Alle meine Songs sind verschwunden, meine harte Arbeit der letzten Monate einfach ausgelöscht. Ich hatte sogar ein großes Abo, das noch bis Anfang nächsten Jahres laufen sollte.
