ZOTIC is a company I've bought from six times now. I love their chains; I wear them every day, and they still look good as new. Once, I needed to replace one of the rings, and they sent me a new one without any extra cost. I'll definitely be purchasing from ZOTIC again. My chains always catch people's attention.

This company is dishonest

This company is dishonest. I had to wait for over a month to get my order, and when it finally arrived, I was thoroughly disappointed with the items. I returned them immediately, but to my dismay, I only received a refund that was $15 short of the original amount. When I reached out to inquire about this deduction, they claimed it was a restocking fee. However, their website clearly states a promise of a 100% refund. It's clear to me that they are engaging in deceptive practices!

Their “support” is a joke, won’t do a damn thing but give you the run around and block you or not reply. Don’t shop here unless you want to give your money away. I’m convinced ZOTIC is someone working out of a basement that made a good website/scam. Props to you buddy, you got me. Also convinced this guy is submitting all these 5 star reviews lol because there ain’t no way lmao

Awful Awful site! I bought 2 chains before checking the reviews. Within 4 hours, I tried to cancel by emailing them. They replied saying my order was already in process. This makes no sense because their website says you have 24 hours to cancel. I reached out within 4 hours of ordering. I even sent them proof, but they ignored me. When I finally got the chains almost 2 months later, they were terrible quality! Just garbage. They feel fake. I asked for a return, and it took forever for them to send me instructions. I still had to cover shipping on top of the $200 I already paid. They force you to send photos proving you shipped it. I did that, and I’m still waiting for my money! I know they got the package since I have the tracking, but no refund yet. It’s been over 2 months! This is crazy. When I message, they say they will respond but never do. Don't buy from this company. THEY ARE A SCUM!!!

I paid 300$ and when the pakage came it was not what I was waiting for! I was suppost to get a big iced chain, got a delivery notice, got hyped, and then I open the box and it's not there! Just two random items that aint even close to what I ordered! So now I'm out 300$ and have stuff I never even asked for. Customer service? There is NONE. All I keep getting is dumb emails that say nothing real about my problem, like no one even reads what I say. This is straight up wrong! How do they even run a company like this, no one helps, no one cares, and they just send out stuff without checking! I'm warning you, if you got a issue, they not gonna fix it, you just end up like me with a empty pakage and no help at all! DON'T TRUST THEM THEY DON'T CARE!

I got my Tennis bracelet at the end

I got my Tennis bracelet at the end of last year and was amazed by how nice it looked. Sadly, after a few weeks, the bracelet started to tarnish. I sent them photos for their records. Initially, they gave me a replacement, but just a few months later, it tarnished again and looked awful. When I contacted Zotic, they said I had already used their replacement policy, so they couldn’t help me further. It seems this company tricks customers with claims that the bracelet won’t tarnish even if it gets wet, which I never did. They also promise a lifetime warranty, but that’s clearly not true. Don’t waste your money on Zotic; their false advertising is misleading. DO NOT BUY FROM ZOTIC!!!!!!!!!

This company is not trustworthy, be careful!

This company is not trustworthy, be careful! I bought their "special deal," which was supposed to be a 12MM 24-inch gold Cuban chain, and I only had to pay for shipping, which was about $30. It took almost a month for the chain to arrive, and when I got it, it was actually 8MM, not 12MM. The chain doesn’t look great either, and the clasp keeps coming undone easily. I reached out to them, and they told me to send a picture of the item so they could fix it, but after I did that, they never replied. Don’t buy from them! For a reliable chain with good service, go to GLD.

unjustly taking your hard-earned money

This company has a history of unjustly taking your hard-earned money. Upon conducting my own investigation, it's become apparent that they resort to posting fabricated positive reviews to counter the negative feedback, as they are well aware of the severe losses they are facing. We must continue to share our honest one-star reviews to protect and inform other potential customers and, hopefully, bring about the closure of this dishonest business.

I purchased a gift, thinking it looked

I purchased a gift, thinking it looked nice, but the person who got it didn't feel the same. When I wanted to return it, I reached out to ZNY five times, but they didn't reply. I had to involve my credit card company to dispute the charge before ZNY responded. Dealing with them has been a big problem. Even though they have the returned item in good shape, they still haven't refunded me. I strongly advise against using this company.

Never received my orders....

Ordered on the 23of June, both orders went out on the 3 of July, received the tracking number. Call USPS and they told me the tracking number is wrong. They have not responded to my emails or calls.....
