Atolea is a scam, cheap drop shipped jewelry!!

DO NOT BUY FROM ATOLEA IT IS A SCAM!!! Jewelry looks and feels cheap. I was disappointed to find the $70 necklace I purchased, looks like a cheap Shein necklace. I have done reverse google image searches of several of their necklaces now, and have found every single one on AliExpress for $1. They even use some of the pictures from AliExpress on their website! One pearl necklace had the same picture, just flipped, on both AliExpress and Atolea. Complete scam and waste of money. Don’t buy from here.

The company's delivery claim of 5-10 days to the UK proved inaccurate. I placed an order on February 3rd, with tracking indicating delivery from China on February 17th, although nothing arrived. Despite three email attempts and outreach on Instagram and Facebook, only automated responses were received. My concern deepens regarding the potential non-arrival of my items, prompting a desire for a refund.

I had been looking at the jewellery for months whenever I saw it advertised on Facebook, but I never bought any because my ears are really sensitive. Even real gold or silver sometimes gives me issues, making my ears swell up and hurt. The Black Friday sales got me to buy a few pairs of earrings, and I decided to give them a try. I’m so happy I did! They are not only beautiful but also haven't caused any problems at all since I put them in! It's a big relief. It may sound strange, but when you can’t wear any earrings without discomfort, you’ll understand how great it feels to wear pretty earrings without any worries. I strongly suggest this company, especially for people who have sensitive ears.

I bought 3 necklace over a year ago

I bought 3 necklace over a year ago and when I got them I wore them 24/7. At some point in the past few months I took 2 of them off and stored them somewhere “safe” that I couldn’t remember where they were and wore the other one everyday. Yesterday I found the other 2 necklace which I had actually stored in my bathroom mirror drawer which I was really woried would have tarnished or at least dulled them due to being kept in an almost constant humid environment-they have not. They still look as good as new and are just as shiny as the other one which has now prompted me to write this review and to put in another order soon. Really impressd.

When my jewellery got here it didn’t quite fit what I was looking for so I had to return it. I saw some bad reviews about how returns and support are handled, so I was a bit worried. But Daryna and Shane were really helpfull. They replied fast, gave clear steps for returning and the money came back quickly. When I shop online, I always look at how a company handles things after you buy, like if you can return stuff and get help when something’s off. That really matters. In that way this company done a great job and I’d buy from them again knowing they got your back. Thanks for being so suportive.

I found the ad on tik tok and thought i have to try this out, so i ordered and wow i really like this brand! the products are so pretty and its real you can wear them in water and even do your skincare, its been like 1 month i got them and they still look amazing no lie!!! I really like this company and the lovely jewelry they offer. It’s not easy to find good jewelry that stays nice and doesn’t cost too much, so I was glad when I discovered them. Their pieces are pretty, different, and priced fairly. The best thing is I can wear it all the time, even when I shower or go swimming. First, I got some bracelets, but I liked them so much I came back to order more, like earings. Definitely worth buying if you want nice jewlry.

I purchased 2 of the bracelets on Atolea, the Santorini and the iOS. 2 dainty gold braclets. Unfortunately the Santorini broke on first wear, minor little problem with link. I contacted Atolea and had reply shortly after. Problem was sorted immediately with no fus.
