Luckily, they answered in about five hours and gave me a refund to my card a few days later. They also offered store credit or half off if I wanted to keep the items.

Gold color looks like dollar store jewelry. Very ugly cheap looking gold color. And one of the two silver items I purchased is already looking dark and tarnished. Definitely misleading pictures. I spent over $200 for crappy craftsmanship. Should of done my research. Lessoned learned.

This company is a scam

I purchased buy to get two free and spent over $130. I waited for weeks for this order. The tracking didn’t make any sense either. It said that I’ve been shipped from New Jersey and then the next time it was shipped overseas and then the next time it was shipped and out for delivery. It stayed out for delivery several times for about a week And then I got a message that it was delivered at 10 o’clock at night and was outside my door. I go outside and there’s nothing there then I started reading all the horrible reviews about how cheap their jewelry is so I filed a complaint with my bank and was refunded. I still have not received any response from this company about my missing package. Complete sham..

Ordered 4 pieces, 2 necklaces and 2 bracelets, upon inspection of the necklaces and the amount of money spent, I quickly realized that they were cheaply made. I sought out their customer service and was strung along for days. It was claimed that I would be refunded and updated by a manager. Warning if you purchase and are unhappy with the product, perhaps better idea to gift it to someone than to even reach out their customer service. Save your money

I received a defective pair of earrings and asked to return them. They don't publish anywhere on the website how to do that so I had to wait nearly two weeks to hear back (and after 2 follow-up emails). They want me to pay for shipping the defective product they sent to them (in Australia). Really frustrating experience .
