    Team Mejuri has been outstanding. Really the best service I could ask for. I bought a ring for my husband’s anniversary and had it engraved, but I messed up the size. I knew engraved items weren't returnable or refundable. No surprise there. I wasn’t expecting any help. When I explained what happened, they offered a very reasonable solution. Way more than I thought. I’m so pleased. This is now my go-to for jewelry. ❤️ The ring looks amazing and my husband is happy with it. Thanks, Team Mejuri!

    The jewelry's quality and craft is great. It lasts daily wear well. I keep on my usual bracelets, just add more. They still look fresh. Choices of jewelry are nice, with new pieces often. I like mixing gold and silver for summer. The site is user-friendly, menus help find what I need. I'm a pleased return customer.

    Mejuri's jewelry is lovely and affordable. I lost a pair of pearl hoops, and they stopped making them, which was a bummer. But I'm happy with the larger ones I got instead. They could offer an option to skip the little bags when shipping jewelry.

    We had a 1 ct tennis bracelet that broke and took it to the store at Park Royal.

    We had a 1 ct tennis bracelet that broke and took it to the store at Park Royal. They agreed to replace it with a new one since it was under warranty. Collected the new bracelet around 3 weeks later. Glad to see Mejuri has a good warranty!

    I adore their products but have some feedback:

    I adore their products but have some feedback: Needed help for flat back earrings, wanted to buy alone. The lace ring lost a diamond after a few weeks, replaced without questions. Can’t update my name on account, changes revert back in app and website.
