Gina from customer support was really nice and kind! I emailed to ask about buying a single pendant for a necklace for my second son. Although she told me it’s not possible right now, she still congratulated me on my pregnancy and gave me a $15 off code for my next order! The whole experience felt warm and thoughtful, and I can’t wait to use my code to add more Mint&Lily items to my collection.

I got the wrong earrings, but Gina fixed it! She refunded my money and even gave me a gift card as well. I bought the earrings again and also got some stackable bracelets. The customer service was great! Thanks again.
