Arwen helped us with our order.

Arwen helped us with our order. She is very knowledgable and kind. Choosing our diamond and style was clear and helpful. She was honest and made the process nice. She called before time to tell us our rings were ready. We picked an engagement ring and wedding ring that fit in a v shape. Amanda handled the delivery. She knew a lot too and showed us a 360 video of our diamond. Sharon came by to see and congratulated us on picking something special. Lovely people. Beautiful jewelry. Great job Austen & Blake.

Great service with a great team at the Edinburgh store. I made my custom order and they were super helpful, going above and beyond. They took their time to make sure everything was just right, giving me a perfect ring and a great experience. I wish I could recall the woman's name, but she was lovely (even gave me a free beer 😂). I’d definitely suggest her if you’re after something unique.

The ring I bought is really stunning.

The ring I bought is really stunning. It's just like the description and the Emeralds are of amazing quality. A&B keeps you updated throughout the whole process and their service is really good. This is my second piece of jewelry from them and I'm very happy with it.
