Order delayed, then backordered, no communication from the sellers
I ordered 120 feet of jib sheets to replace my current ones, which were recently damaged. Timing was rather important as I planned a journey starting July 2nd, so I placed my order June 20th. Yes, I verified that the item I ordered was in stock.
Later I checked the order status and it was 'waiting'. I started a chat with a service center person, they ensured me that's a technical delay, the transfer order is on its way and they'll send it to me on June 28th the latest.
Today, June 29th I haven't received any communication from Mauripro, so I checked the order status again just to find it's 'backordered'. So my attempt to do the necessary replacements had failed. Now I have to either sail with damaged lines or have a replacement for 3x the cost I could get. That is not a proper style of communication and not how the promises should be kept.
