A representative contacted me but consistently ignored my refund request, insisting on an exchange. I proceeded with the exchange, shipped the return vest 24 hours after they received it, but there was no tracking number or update. Upon contacting them, I was informed that it would take 5 days to process the exchange. I find it perplexing why it takes 5 days to inspect a returned item and ship the correct one. Seven days later, and still no tracking number or update.
