I ordered a Dale of Norway Christiania Fem Jacket in Off-white Metal Grey from Bobleisure.com. I wasn’t familiar with this site before, but after reading some reviews, I think John Wick might be the only customer service rep they have to help out with inquiries. I made my purchase on March 16th, and it arrived (Standard Shipping) by Friday 3/28/25, which is pretty good since it was shipped from Germany to the USA. I’m really happy with the jacket, but I’m a bit let down by the zipper quality. I’ve only worn it twice, and it’s tough to zip up, but I’ll keep it because I like the jacket a lot.

I kept using them until the end of the season. I took some photos of the boots and reached out to BL customer support. They quickly sent me a FedEx return label. Once I dropped off the package at FedEx, I had a brand new pair of boots in less than 72 hours! Who does that!? BobLiesure…..Best prices, great selection, fast shipping, awesome customer service! I'm happy with both the skis and the bindings. However, I felt the customer service response could have been faster. Please make sure everything is checked properly before shipping.

Got ski bindings from Bob Liesure. Price was really good, and shipping from Germany to my place in Denver took just a week, no extra cost. Sadly, the package got stoled. I've had the RX 130 for years and it's great, but this boot is better. Fits like a glove, responds instantly to the ski with less effort. It's surprising how comfy it is for a boot this stiff and responsive. Recommend it for advanced to expert skiers! You'll love it!

The company is undoubtedly legitimate. I recently ordered a Rab Kinetic 2.0 rain jacket from Toronto, Canada. The pricing was very competitive, offering significant savings compared to retail prices, making it an attractive deal. However, it was disappointing to incur unexpected costs. FedEx charged an additional $41.22 CAD as customs duties, on top of the $16 delivery fee. This additional expense wasn't disclosed prior to the purchase, which could have influenced my decision. Waiting for two weeks for the product didn't make sense considering the unexpected charges. It would be more transparent and customer-friendly if the customs fees were clearly communicated during the purchase process, allowing customers to make informed decisions.
