It has been weeks of back-and-forth emails with their customer service team, sending pictures and even a video as requested, but still no response or resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm not getting the help I need. I'm so disappointed that I will be sharing my poor experience with everyone I know and reporting the issue to PayPal and the BBB.
