I had a problem with my order and was worried about it getting fixed. I was amazed by the customer service. I ordered two dresses. Both were great quality – really, I thought for the price I’d get poor materials, but both dresses were lovely with high-quality fabrics. Sadly, one didn’t fit well, but the CS was excellent, really quick, and offered me a fast solution. Honestly didn’t see it coming – thought it’d be one of those brands that hit you with 'no returns' or pay $50 to ship overseas – but not at all. Will certainly shop here again.

Good quality items, but my main worry is the packaging because many items have stones. Dresses need a hanger and a plastic cover or at least some kind of cover with each piece. Accessories also should be protected since they are lovely. Another problem is the website — often can’t log in, says server busy, and contacting customer service is hard; they don’t seem to get the problem I had before. Still, putting that aside, there are many beautiful pieces to pick from at a nice price.
