Good support and very kind. Appreciate you accepting the bag return that was different from the description even though I didn't pay for the full refund option. Based on your description, I expected it to be "perfect condition with tags and a duffle bag," but what came looked more like okay condition without tags or a duffle bag.

I've purchased several bags from TRR. Lately, I’ve tried getting some clothing too, but haven’t had much luck – most of it didn't fit and a lot of it couldn’t be returned. The clothing listings on the site don't have enough descriptions (especially for the non-returnable pieces, more measurements would be helpful), and the pictures aren't always clear (they could use more angles and close-up shots). Some items can be returned, but the restocking fee is a bit anoying.

The company offers a decent selection of products with clear descriptions of the quality (e.g., excellent, very good) and delivery is reasonably fast. It would be better if they included more pictures showing the full features of items, like the inside of bags or scarves opened up to show the prints and also gave more specific color details for multi-colored products.

The items looked just like the pictures. The delivery was fast and on schedule. The only problem was that the delivery service didn't give me the choice to sign for it or pick it up, which would have been better considering how much the items cost. Other than that, everything was fine! I would definitely recommend.
