Awful, rude, and arrogant customer service. Flight was delayed and when I requested compensation for the delay, they initially blamed another airline. After admitting the delay was their fault, they still didn’t offer any proper compensation, like the ticket price, since I missed their flight due to the delay. Customer service called me at night twice despite my request for email replies, even though they knew I’m not in the USA. Apparently, understanding time zones isn’t common knowledge among their staff. None of their responses matched what I asked. Their replies felt like they were written by a poor AI.
