After an awful 24 hours on the phone with various airlines and agents, I stumbled upon them. When I called to clarify baggage allowance, they answered on the second ring – talk about efficiency! It's a stark contrast to my experience with another vendor, where I endured over an hour on hold. Unlike Avianca, whose customer service disappointed me, this company has earned my loyalty with their prompt and excellent service.

Shockingly, they demanded an extra $300 for the switch to a listed flight of the same price. When I opted to cancel, they slapped me with a $350 fee. Their customer service is appalling, making customers feel targeted for minor mistakes. Additionally, their website falsely claims flights are refundable without disclosing hidden fees. I strongly advise booking with reputable companies or directly with the airline to avoid such deceitful practices.

I booked a roundtrip ticket with Spirit Air from Florida to Texas, only to find the flight overbooked. Despite arriving just 5 minutes late, the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff claimed I wasn't in the system, directing me to another line, causing me to miss my flight and a planned event in Texas. Upon contacting cheapflightnow.com for a refund, they callously denied my request, leaving me out of both money and a flight. Their lack of customer care is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs – a complete theft of my money.
