I flew using Airfarenetwork, found them on a travel site. Needed to change my husband's flight, they were helpful. Roderick emailed me quickly for verification, and helped with the change. Husband struggled with airline, but Roderick was good.

I messed up big time with my booking on Airfare. Emailed them, got a fast response. Next day, called their customer service. They fixed it fast, nice and good. Happy with their help. Hope my flight goes well too. So far, I'm pleased with them.

I'd totally steer clear of this company. It's a rip-off and they canceled your flight booking without even sending an email. I talked to their agent and they wanna charge you double what you initially paid. Plus, they ain't even regulated by ATOL.

I utilized Skyscanner to book through Airfare Network, but encountered a concerning issue. Despite not proceeding to payment due to the absence of visible ATOL protection, an overseas call informed me of an unauthorized fee withdrawal shortly after. Despite clarifying my non-authorization, money was deducted from my account. Beware, as merely entering card details may result in unapproved charges. This alarming experience questions their presence on Skyscanner UK. Exercise caution.

This company is an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise steering clear. It's a complete scam – they abruptly canceled my flight reservation without any notification. When I confronted their agent, they shamelessly attempted to charge me double the initial booking amount. To make matters worse, they aren't even regulated by ATOL. Save yourself the headache and money; look elsewhere for a trustworthy travel service.
