They got some dude named Miguel

They got some dude named Miguel working there, and he's the real MVP. I was having some serious issues with signing in and resetting my password, but this dude walked me through the whole process like a boss. He even helped me download some resumes that were stuck in my account and showed me how to cancel my subscription. I was about ready to lose it, but Miguel was so chill and understanding. I seriously wanted to hire him for my own IT issues right then and there. Thanks for having such awesome employees, guys!

    I just started using Zip

I just started using Zip Recruiter and let me tell you, Miguel was a lifesaver! He showed me exactly how to get my account up and running again and was super helpful with explaining how to renew my job postings and share them on LinkedIn. He was really patient and easy to understand. Thanks to Miguel, I feel much more confident using this platform.

Very helpful, I would recommend to anyone considering it. It pushes you to do more, and if you can’t do it alone, the support is amazing. It gives a lot of motivation. Thanks to ZipRecruter, I’m excited to see where it takes me.

    Struggling to come across suitable

Struggling to come across suitable candidates has been a major setback in my experience with this company. The presence of foreign phone numbers, which turn out to be non-functional, adds an extra layer of difficulty to the hiring process. Moreover, dealing with candidates who either don't respond when contacted or, even more frustratingly, those who agree to interviews but fail to show up, has been a recurrent issue. This not only wastes time but also raises concerns about the professionalism and commitment of potential hires. To compound matters, the financial investment in this hiring process is turning out to be considerably higher than expected. The combination of these challenges is hindering the effectiveness of the recruitment efforts, casting doubt on the overall efficiency of the company's hiring procedures. Urgent attention is needed to rectify these issues and streamline the process for a more successful outcome.

    Not finding any suitable candidates.

Not finding any suitable candidates. Encountering issues with foreign phone numbers that don't work. Candidates are unresponsive when contacted or set up interviews but do not show up. Overall, the hiring process is proving to be costly.

    ZipRecruiter has been a nightmare

ZipRecruiter has been a nightmare for me as a job seeker. Their job alerts, which are crucial for keeping up with industry gigs, randomly stopped showing up in my email. Tried reaching out to their tech support, and it feels like I'm talking to a call center on autopilot – total script vibes. Asked specific questions, tried to connect with a manager, but no dice. All they keep saying is to change my email address for alerts, but it's my business email, and I ain't switching that. I've tried everything – whitelisting, you name it. Even got Microsoft involved, and ZipRecruiter's emails are nowhere to be found on their servers. Told the tech support to reset my everything, whitelist my address, but they're just shrugging it off. It's costing me job opportunities, and they seem not to care one bit. Plus, their support team seems lost in translation – can't understand a word I'm saying. Gave me bogus email addresses to whitelist, ignored my request for the right ones. And don't even get me started on the constant hand-offs to different support reps – it's like playing pass-the-buck Olympics. Their no-phone-call policy makes it even more frustrating. Getting things done? Forget about it. This whole experience screams unprofessional. They're masters at dodging questions and avoiding fixes. Definitely wouldn't recommend this headache to any job seeker out there.

I posted a job in July and

I posted a job in July and it cost me $25. It was for 1 day, and I was trying out the service. I needed an employee fast in 1-2 days, so I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, 3 months later, I noticed charges of almost $4000 on my credit card. I was never informed about any daily charges associated with a premium membership, and I never received an invoice regarding these charges. I contacted them, but they were unwilling to reverse all the charges, even though they could see that I never used their platform or viewed any of the applicants in my account. It seems like they generate income through such practices and it comes across as highly unethical. How can a company be aware that I never logged into their platform, that I never used their service, and still refuse to refund these charges?

Man, being a new small business

Man, being a new small business owner is a wild ride, and my first dance with ZipRecruiter wasn't exactly a smooth two-step. Grabbed the Premium Simple Plan, ready to find that perfect employee, and bam! No heads-up from my hiring specialist about the sneaky recurring monthly charge. Got hit with a $600 automatic withdrawal, and I was fuming. Thankfully, a call to ZipRecruiter got me my money back, but dang, they should've been upfront about those monthly hits. Lesson learned: next time, gonna be double-checking those fine print details. ZipRecruiter, we're parting ways – too many surprises for my liking.

The worst job board for employees

The worst job board for employees, the free trial is a scam, you can't delete your credit card info, they have a hour validation process that doesnt even involve submitting documents. They refuse to look at company documents to verify employers but they'd rather ask personal questions that have nothing to do with a validation. This service is a moneygrab

Outrageous that they force you to engage customer support to downgrade or suspend your account; it's against user freedom. The absence of a straightforward dashboard option for subscription changes is a major inconvenience. The process needs significant improvement for user autonomy and ease of management.

    ZipRecruiter is ripping people o

ZipRecruiter is ripping people off with a "Daily Subscription" that is not clear when signing up. I have over $2,000 in charges in 60 days. I thought is was $16 a month per listing. I can't be the only one who got a huge invoice? I'll probably get fired for this since we are small company.
